About the home

Wonderful modern and comfortable villa, with plenty of own space around, including private parking, provides a quiet and peaceful ambiance for your relaxing stay.

Almost everything you may need is at short (0.5 km) walking distances, including the facilities offered by the Four Seasons and the new Hilton Cascades. The marina, beaches, restaurants and all kind of services are at 5 minutes driving.

The architect has organized living spaces to allow for an easy change inside-outside: the kitchen, the dining room and the BBQ area, with a large table seating 10 people, are opened to each other.

The large living room extends outwards to covered patios with 50 m2. Large glass windows and sliding doors allow plenty of natural light in. Venetian blinds, marble floors and a high-rise roof keep heat at bay.

The owners don't live permanently in Villa Magica, but are there frequently for holidays and weekends. The decor and general arrangement is kept for guests as exactly for them, resulting on a rather pleasant homely atmosphere.

The mezzanine en suite with the master room is open over the living area. There, you have a cosy lounge for reading from a library with hundreds of books and magazines, many of them on sailing, boats and sea in English or French.

A small desk facing a wide window over the garden provides the tranquil atmosphere you may like to read or deal with any unexpected work (it may happen even on holidays).

Further details outdoors:
Another patio, opposite to the others, gives the possibility of extended privacy, as well as being a perfect place for small meals, morning breakfast or just a conversation.

Most of the exterior lightning is controlled automatically, and the same goes with the garden watering and with the swimming pool water treatment. The swimming pool itself is regularly clean by the gardener.

The villa is protected by a security alarm system online with Securitas.

Facing Southwest, a garden with about 2.000 m2 covered by a superb green lawn , opens a large front to the Pinhal Golf Course fairway (the Clubhouse is at 200 m.).Many high pine trees provide an easy choice between sunny and shadowed areas. You will be astound with the glorious sunsets you may enjoy from there.

The swimming pool surrounded by teak seats and reclining chairs, lays middle way between the patios and the golf fairway.

Check in (after 3 pm) and check out (before 10 am) by professional assistants. Local assistance is provided by our representative, living in the area.

Conditions

Smoking: you are kindly requested to smoke only on open outside areas.

Access to wheelchairs: the villa has not been specially designed for the purpose, but raises no problems on the ground floor.

Children are welcome. The swimming pool and the interior stairs advise careful control, for children under 8 years.

Animals only with pre-agreement by the owners.

Payment of the rental is 25% with booking, 50% up to 8 weeks before arrival and 25% up to 4 weeks before arrival. A refundable caution of € 300 is required at the check in.

“Wonderful Holiday in a beautiful villa” We spent two happy weeks here during the summer. The location is peaceful and quiet, the villa is large, spacious and well kept. The outside area is really generous with sunny spots, shaded areas and enough room for different members of the group to get some peace and quiet while the children played on the grass or in the pool. The pool was great - a shallow area for the kids and enough room for adults to swim lengths if they wanted. We were made to feel very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definately return here again!
