About the home

This delightful two bedroom single storey villa is located in the beautiful residential complex of ‘Aldeia do Golf’. The complex has neatly trimmed lawns and attractive mature gardens making the complex into an almost self-contained village. A super swimming pool is centrally located within walled gardens and there is a large, shallow paddling pool for the toddlers.

The villa itself boasts an open plan lounge/dining area with comfortable seating with three piece suite, dining table and chairs, and sliding doors onto the patio / BBQ area. Kitchen is separate, and fully equipped. There are two bedrooms with a double bedroom (which can be converted to two singles) and a twin bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers and/or dresser.

The villa has two bathrooms. The master bathroom includes a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The other has a washbasin and toilet. In the lounge there is a LCD TV, which has UK programs via satellite.

Further details outdoors:
Cold drinks, ice creams and snack meals are available throughout the day from the pool-side O' Taco Restaurant (in season). There is a friendly reception service, a well-stocked supermarket and a tea room/patisserie/bar all on site.

The Vilamoura / Aldeia do Golfe area

Vilamoura lies at the heart of the Golfing country, with some of the worlds best golf courses being situated there, but there are also pleasant beaches, dramatic cliff top walks and all manner of water sports.

Aldeia do Golf is a holiday village consisting of well-cared villas surrounded by extensive green spaces, gardens and car parking areas. The resort, near the sea guarantees the kind of calm and relaxing holiday you are looking for. The resort is also 5 minutes walk from the Vilamoura One golf course.

The airport at Faro is well served from all European countries. Low cost airlines such as Easyjet, Ryanair and BMI baby all fly from the UK throughout the week. BA also flies to Faro.

The airport has all major car rentals firms located on site.

The airport is about 20 minutes drive from the villa.

To book the villa a non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to start of rental, a refundable £150 security deposit is also required in this payment.

Villa has maid service cleaning twice a week, included in price.

15% off second week, when booking a two week rental.

We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer in GBP or Euros.

Check into villa is at 3pm. Check out 11am.
