The apartment has been built and designed to a very high specification, which gives it a feel of quality and comfort for your stay.

Faro airport is only a 20 minutes drive and the lovely Vilamoura Marina, 10 minutes drive, is surrounded by many restaurants, shops, bars and casino. With 5 world class golf courses (+ a further 30 more along the Algarve coast) fantastic beaches, water sports, fishing, tennis, Aqua Park and many more facilities and places to visit on your door step then, Palmyra is the place to chill, relax and enjoy.

The apartment has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard and has full air conditioning and heating. Marble floors throughout, except the 2 spacious bedrooms which have oak flooring and fitted with a full range of built in oak wardrobes to compliment.

There is an additional fold-out bed available on request so the property can comfortably accommodate 5 people. Please Note. Sky Satellite Basic Package Only is Available, Guests Are Welcome To Bring Their Own Sky Card.

Fully equipped luxury kitchen with all modern appliances including dishwasher and washing machine, luxurious bathrooms have underfloor heating and electrically heated towel rails.

Further details outdoors:
The large terrace off the lounge is equipped with table, umbrella & chairs and overlooks the landscaped private gardens and swimming pool. Spacious private roof terrace with sun loungers.

Palmyra is an exclusive development and only accessed via a gated entrance. It has a large communal, heated pool and separate children's pool, play area.

Secure underground parking is provided with access directly into the apartment. 24 hour security and CCTV.

Further details

Prices for the property are per week in UK pounds. Where bookings overlap different price periods the daily pro rata cost will apply. The owner will try and be as flexible as possible about the dates you wish to book. The minimum stay is also flexible.

A booking deposit of £150 plus a refundable breakage/damage deposit of £150 is required at time of booking. Full payment is due 4 weeks before arrival.

The property and contents inventory will be checked on departure. Damage will be charged in full. If you cancel your booking the breakage/damage deposit will be returned in full, the booking deposit will be retained unless a replacement booking is found.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

There is a new shopping complex opened at the entrance to Vila Sol which includes, bars, restaurants & a supermarket. If you like shopping then we would suggest The Algarve shopping centre in Faro (20 mins) and large retail parks at Guia and Portimao (30 mins).

If you like the more traditional markets then these are to be found in Quarteira (5 mins) on Wednesdays, Loule (10 mins) on Saturdays and Estoi (30 mins) which is very popular with the Portuguese. This is open the second Sunday of every month.

There is plenty of activities for all the family locally with a large aqua park only minutes away, karting in Almancil (5 mins) and many lovely beaches & excellent golf courses within very easy reach.

The Vilamoura / Palmyra Resort area

Vilamoura Marina is approx 5 mins drive, which offers numerous cafes, bars, shops and restaurants. Quinta Da Lago and Vale De Lobo are only 15 mins drive which boast beautiful beaches and many golf courses and the lovely old town of Loule is approx 10 mins.

Loule is a very historic popular market town which has many restaurants, shops and markets. For those wishing to venture further a field, the Spanish Border is 45 mins and the beautiful Spanish city of Seville is less than 2 hours away. The brand new Portuguese Grand Prix Circuit is less than an hour away. Other places of interest are Silves, Olhao, Tavira.
