Stunning ground floor apartment with terrace overlooking the pool area based in quiet area of Vilamoura.

Fully equipped and furnished, this air conditioned property offers stylish, modern living. On the ground floor the lounge is attractively furnished and has a flat screen TV, DVD player and dining area. Open the patio doors and you are straight out onto a wide patio area with direct access to an adults’ and a children’s pool. The built-in BBQ on the patio makes it great for al-fresco dining, after which you can enjoy lazy days in the sunshine and keep an eye on the kids while they play!

The apartment has been beautifully furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The lounge has a comfortable sofa, TV and DVD player and dining area. There is air conditioning and a balcony, overlooking the pool, which runs the whole length of the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped. There are two twin bedrooms , each with a separate bathroom.

Further details outdoors:
The patio is excellent for sitting out, keeping cool and relaxing at night in front of the illuminated pool. Chairs and dining table are provided. The pool is well maintained and exclusive to residents in this small complex.
The pool is surrounded by both a large paved area ideal for sunbathing and a manicured garden

Further details

(i) Weekly rental prices are inclusive of utility charges.
(ii) Clients must provide their own beach towels.
(iii) Cots and high chairs are available for hire at 18 € and 10 € per week, you must ask for them before arriving.
(iv) Your accommodation is reserved from 5.00pm on the day of arrival. On the morning of your day of departure we ask you to vacate by 12.00 am to give the maid time to prepare the property for the next arrivals.
(v) Apartments and villas are reserved exclusively for the people named on the booking. No other persons are permitted to stay at the accommodation unless this has been agreed in writing and appropriate payments made.
(vi)The property may be reserved subject to availability, upon receipt of a deposit of 25%.
(vii) Final payments must be received six weeks prior to your arrival date or at the time of booking if your arrival date is within this period. If the payment terms are not observed the booking may be cancelled and our cancellation terms imposed.
(viii)We strongly recommend that you take out holiday, medical and cancellation insurance.
(ix) Should you cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the person who made the booking. The following charges will apply:

-Cancellations by you or any other member of your party must be in writing
Calculated from the date we receive your notification, cancellation charges are as follows:
Up to 9 weeks before arrival - loss of deposit
7 - 8 weeks before arrival - 50% of total cost
5 - 6 weeks before arrival - 75% of total cost
4 weeks or less before arrival - 100% of total cost
An administration fee will be charged on all refunds

(x) A refundable damage deposit of 200 € is payable in cash upon your arrival. This will be sent back to you two weeks after you return provided there is no damage to the property.
