The Vila itself has everything you need to get your holiday off to a perfect start. Relax in the, top of the range jacuzzi, while the sun goes down accross the gardens, on this south/west facing plot. All terraces are equipped with comfortable sun lounging and dining furniture. From the master suite terrace you can also watch the sun go done and enjoy the last of the evening sunshine, looking out over the many pine trees and down to the golf course.
Inside this property boasts, four bedrooms with the master up stairs. The property is fitted with extras such, as double dishwasher, double oven, drinks fridge, large jacuzzi, electric gates, high quality furnishings and much, much more.

Further details outdoors:
The gardens are lush with many individual terraces. The main south/west facing terrace, has high end garden furniture. Including, a 6 place dining table and chairs. Six sun loungers and chairs & breakfast table on the kitchen terrace. Six man jacuzzi. There is also a covered terrace with sofa and arm chairs for relaxing in the shade away from the pool. The pool itself is 12 x 5 metres in size and is also south/west facing. There is a large gas BBQ. Heated pool for those winter months.

Further details

Eight person occupancy only. This is a strict policy. Months of July/Aug/Sept, change over day is Saturday, ten day rentals accepted. If pool heating is required, there is a surcharge, at a rate of 150 pounds per week.

Conditions

Confirm bookings by email. Deposit 20%, due within 5-7 days by bank transfer non-refundable. Balance due 10 weeks before start of holiday plus security deposit of 450 Euros.

Cancellation policy: up to 10 weeks - no cancellation charge. 5-10 weeks - 50% of rate refunded. Up to 5 weeks - no refund.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve is famously known as the california of Europe. With most hours of sunshine then any where else in Europe, the Algarve boasts the best place to visit for sun in southern Europe. The beaches are long and golden, with the fresh clean Atlantic ocean lapping against their shores.

Vilamoura itself is an upmarket town, just 20 minutes drive from Faro International airport. With it's many championship courses, amenities and facilities, including the beautiful lively, marina...it had something to offer to every holiday maker. From sports fanatics to beach goers.

The Vilamoura / Vila Sol area

Vila Sol is located in the herat of Vilamoura. Not only is the resort surrounded by many amenities, such, as the Loule train station, just five minutes drive, Vilamoura marina, quarteira's famous promenade and it's wednesday market.....golf courses, water parks and much more. The resort itself has alot ot offer.

Onsite, there is a tennis centre, golf academy, driving range..and not to mention the 27 hole championship golf course. There is also, the five star hotel. There are many restaurants and bars....also, a large super market and news agency....all on site within ten minutes walk....what more could you ask for. Not only does Vila sol have it's own private beach, with shuttles every day throughout summer...there are many many beaches just 5 minutes drive away.
