About the home

New luxury, 2 bedroom apartment adjacent to the Victoria Golf course, home of the Portuguese Masters! The clubhouse is only a short walk from the apartment. Within walking distance are the Millennium and Laguna courses and a short drive will take you to the Vila Sol and Pinhal courses. The apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), both with en-suite bathrooms. The double bedroom also has a terrace. Living/dining area opens onto a fully furnished terrace, perfect for alfresco dining! The kitchen is fully equipped with granite tops and Bosch appliances.

There are 2 swimming pools, a kiddies pool, a kiddies playground and complimentary sunbeds, umbrellas and tables for guest use. The property has air-conditioning in all rooms and secure underground parking (1 large space) and a huge storage room, perfect for golf clubs! A lift from the car park to the apartment ideal for golfers, families with young children and disabled guests. Falesia beach is just a 5 mins drive away.

Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to master with bath/shower over, twin hand wash unit, wc, bidet. En-suite bathroom to twin, large walk in shower with seat, wc, wash basin.

There is also a separate cloakroom, hand basin and wc adjacent to living room. Kitchen: modern fully fitted and equipped kitchen with granite tops, appliances include: Bosch fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, kettle, toaster and filter coffee machine are also available. Quality cutlery and crockery and glassware.

Utility Room: washing machine, ironing board and iron, clothes horse and vacuum etc. Living Rooms: contemporary furniture is used in the living/dining room. A sofa bed and separate sofa, 32" plasma TV, free-view, DVD/portable DVD player, dining table and 6 chairs. Patio doors lead onto the terrace which has beautiful outdoor furniture, that will seat 6.

Other: A Sky box is available in the apartment and UK channels can be accessed, eg BBC, ITV etc. Ipod docking station available. A cot, highchair, car rental can all be arranged at the time of booking.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Towels and linen changed weekly and are included in the rental. NB beach towel must be supplied by guests. Extra maid service can be provided at 15 euros per hour.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment has electric shutters on all windows and doors, and mosquito nets on patio doors. Each room has it's own air-conditioning unit allowing guests to control the temperature in the different rooms within the apartment. The apartment also has a security alarm, an intercom system complete with CCTV viewed from the apartments telephone and a safe.

Accessibility:
The apartment is fully accessible from all entrances, a lift is provided from the garage to our apartment, ramps enable access from the ground floor street level. There are no stairs in the apartment making it ideal for families with young children/elderly and disabled guests.

Outside:
Beautiful semi tropical landscaped gardens. Large terrace with table and 6 chairs. Smaller terrace off the master bedroom. 2 communal pools, one of which has a swim up bar. 1 kiddies pool. 1 children's play area with swings and slides etc.

Booking notes
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to departure and a 300 euros refundable damage deposit is also required at this time. The damage deposit will be returned within 1 week subject to the apartments inspection.

This sunny and stunning region is ideal for those seeking a warm getaway. The apartment is 5 minutes from the beaches, 2 beautiful beaches definitely worth a mention are the Marina beach and the Falesia beach which is further enhanced by the backdrop of red rock formations. Vilamoura town, especially around the marina has an abundance of bars and fantastic restaurants which cater most tastes and pockets!

The Vilamoura / Victoria Boulevard area

Vilamoura is 2.5 miles from the apartment and the nearest supermarket and restaurant is 1 mile away.
Golf. Vilamoura has 6 championship golf courses on it's doorstep. The apartment is within easy walking distance of Millennium, Laguna and of course the Victoria golf course, home of the Portuguese Masters! A very short drive will take you to The Old Course, Pinhal and Vila Sol. Guests at the apartment will enjoy substantial discounts at these courses!!

Special interest holidays:
There are many activities to enjoy in the Vilamoura area ranging from tennis, horse riding, water sports, including jet skiing, paragliding, snorkeling, water skiing, wind surfing, shark and marlin fishing. Carting, casino, 3 aqua parks.

Travel
Faro airport is approximately 20-25 minutes from the apartment.
Car hire is recommended although taxis are inexpensive and easily contactable. The roads are well sign posted and of an excellent standard.
