About the home

Beautiful new, two bedroomed,two bathroomed apartment furnished and equipped to a very high standard in the heart of the five star Vila Sol Spa and Golf Resort. The apartment is adjacent to the golf course, with 40% off green fees with our owners card, swimming pools, tennis courts and landscaped gardens. Sunny spacious lounge with large balcony and even larger private roof terrace.

Children can have fun in their own pool in a safe and secure environment. To complete the picture the golf course club house (only a few metres away) offers reasonably priced meals and drinks for all the family.

For your assurance the apartment is fully licensed with the local authority holiday letting license(alojamento local) and complies with all hygiene and safety measures imposed by the law and respective regulations.

This luxurious apartment is decorated and furnished to a very high standard throughout and features air-conditioning throughout, large open planned living room with large screen TV and DVD; FREE Wi-Fi internet access is now available. Modern fully equipped kitchen. Two master en suite bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with twin beds which can be zipped together to form a King Sized bed. All towels (including beach towels), and linen is provided. The apartment is maintained to the very highest standard by a local Property Manager. He organises all the cleaning and provides any help and assistance you may require. For your security your booking is handled by the apartment owners who liaise with our Property Manager to ensure your every need is met.

The beautiful lounge opens on to a large balcony with views over the pools and gardens and is ideal for Alfresco dining. From the balcony there are steps leading to an even larger private roof terrace, here the sun loungers invite you bask in the warmth fo the sun. The apartment is fully furnished and has the added luxury of lots of out-door space and a BBQ so you can really make the most of the Algarve sunshine!

Conditions

Our apartment is managed by a Property Manager, Richard Whitfield, who will meet you and take you around the apartment showing you how to operate the air conditioning, electrical appliances and give lots of helpful advice. All bookings are accepted on terms and conditions which are shown on our web site.

Some of the conditions are:
Deposit of 150GBP/180euros per week is required.
Security deposit of £200/240euros is payable with full balance payment and refunded once a full check on the property has been made after your departure.
Check-in time 4pm and check-out time 10am

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

By choosing our Algarve property you can benefit from a superb climate all year round. The top class Vila Sol Golf course is adjacent to the property with lots of other golf courses close by. The Algarve is in Southern Portugal and so has a warm southern mediterranean climate with long summers and short winters. The Algarve has over 3,000 hours of sunshine a year and benefits from the warm winds from North Africa. Being a coastal region, the area has a mild climate all year round, in summer the sea breezes help to prevent temperatures from reaching unpleasant levels.

The area is steeped in history with Roman and Moorish remains of particular interest. Take time to explore local towns such as Loule, Estoi or Silves and you will find intriguing ruins, hidden gems and little restaurants serving typical Portugese food as well as International cuisine to discerning locals and visitors alike.

The Vilamoura / Vila Sol area

Within the centre of Vilamoura there is a preserved Roman site and Museum of Cerro da Vila providing an interesting glimpse into the past of the area. Vilamoura also offers beautiful beaches and its' famous Marina with many interesting shops and restaurants to suit all tastes.

Beyond Vilamoura there is the whole of the Algarve to explore, hundreds of beaches along with small and large towns and places of historical interest.

Vila Sol is ideally located for both Vilamoura and exploring the Algarve. The excellent Aqua Park for Vilamoura is situated only minutes away.
