About the home

Praia Village offers select, contemporary accommodation for those who deserve the best. Offering an enviable ground floor position with patio doors leading out to the fresh water pool and beautifully landscaped gardens.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, the Master bedroom with Kingsize bed, second bedroom with 2 x single beds. The en suite bathroom from the Master Bedroom offers a Hydro Massage shower with steam facility to relax you after a day at the beach or a round of golf. The spacious main bathroom offers a modern contemporary design including a jacuzzi/whirlpool bath.

The modern fully fitted kitchen offers Siemens appliances - microwave, oven/grill, hob ,fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped to a very high standard with everything you could possibly require for a perfect home from home.

The apartment has a dining area for 6, two brown leather sofas one of which converts to a comfortable sofabed, a flat screen TV with selected Sky/Freeview channels and DVD Player.

The rates have been calculated weekly for your convenience but extra nights can be added to your holiday, just divide the total by 7 and multiply by the number of nights you require.

25% non-refundable deposit to be paid to secure each booking.

Balance will be due 8 weeks prior to arrival date.

If booking is made 8 weeks or less before intended arrival date - full payment will be required.

£150 refundable key and damage bond (per booking) will be payable with the balance - this bond will be refunded 7-14 days after the apartment is checked.

The Vilamoura / Praia Village area

The world famous and busiest Marina in Europe is the heart of Vilamoura. Offering a great selection of restaurants and bars, serving everything from traditional Portuguese favourites such as Piri Piri Chicken to Indian and Chinese cuisine. Many bars offer live music and are open until the small hours. Or for those who want more, Blackjacks nightclub located in the Casino offers theme nights including 70's/80s and R&B. In the evening the shops are open late should you be looking for a designer watch or a couture dress.

Watersports are available on the Marina should you wish to charter a boat, try your hand at paragliding, jetskiing or deep sea fishing to name but a few.

For those working on their handicap the 5 excellent courses in Vilamoura are simply a haven for golfers. Or for those looking for a bit of family fun the Roma Mini Golf guarantees a few laughs!

Beach lovers can choose between either the Falesia or Vilamoura Beach which offer beach restaurant dining and a range of watersports.

There are plenty of low cost airlines that travel to Faro Airport including RyanAir, Easy jet, jet2. monarch, Globe span, FlyBe,Bmi baby and Thomson fly.

Praia Village is easily accessible with just a 20 minute transfer from the Airport. Car hire is not essential as the Falesia Beach and Vilamoura Marina are within walking distance however a car will benefit you if you wish to explore what the Algarve has to offer.

“Equipped to a very high standard and well appointed.” Situated a small walk from Vilamoura's bustling marina this well appointed apartment is equipped to a very high standard. The communal area also offers good facilites for sun bathing/swimming. A secure underground car parking area is also offered with a reserved space. This apartment offers an excellent base for people of any age to enjoy Vilamoura and the surrounding Algarve. I would happily recommend this as a holiday rental.
