This beautiful new ground floor apartment is situated in a small and private condominium in the Terracos do Pinhal area of Vilamoura. It gives easy access to the two pools, one a children's paddling pool.

This comfortable accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and large patio area.

The Paraiso do Pinhal apartments are a short drive from the centre of Vilamoura and the award-winning Falesia beach. Vilamoura is home to the Algarve's largest marina and there is also an extensive choice of superb golf courses all within a short distance.

● This is a very spacious and comfortable apartment, with the living room having 2 large sofas and a dining
table

● Both bedrooms have twin beds. There is plenty of wardrobe space and there are an extra 2 fold-up beds to
provide accommodation for up to 6 people. Cots are available if required.

● The bathrooms are light and clean, the en suite has a bath, both have showers.

● The apartment has shutters throughout, as well as air-conditioning/heating, ensuring even temperatures
all year round.

● The outdoor patio area has another large dining table and four sun loungers, with extra loungers provided in
the garden. As this leads directly to the pool area, it is very easy to supervise young children.
