Further details indoors: The apartment is contemporarily decorated with brand new furniture, giving an air of space, with plenty of room to relax. Storage space is not a problem, with the kitchen having high specification domestic appliances, making your stay a real 'home from home'.
Further details outdoors: Although Victoria Boulevard is now completed there is still some construction work being carried out. The rental prices do reflect this fact, but please note that the biggest, noisiest jobs have now finished. There are two communal swimming pools which are very safe for children, with decking surrounding the main areas with sunbeds and umbrellas provided. The gardens reflect the rural area, with many palm trees providing useful shade from the hot Algarve sun!!

DAMAGE DEPOSIT - Guests are asked for a deposit against damages, and is taken as follows; T2 (2 Bedroom) = €200;. Our main concern is to ensure that the apartments remain in good condition. The damage deposit will be refunded in full within one month of departure, if there are no damages. Please note that as Victoria Boulevard has just been completed and therefore there is still a small amount of construction going on in the area. Please be aware of this and the prices above reflect that fact.
Conditions
Please note that Credit Cards are not accepted at Reception, only cash or normal bank cheques in Pounds Sterling or Euros (all cheques should include bank charges). 200 Electricity units are included in the rental price per week. However, when the client uses more than their allocated units of electricity, they will be asked to pay in Euros, €0,20/units
