Welcome!

Our apartment's location is spot on, being on the waterfront and peacefully situated in a private condo with sea views right next to Vilamoura Crowne Plaza. It's a 10min stroll down either to the world-renowned Vilamoura Marina or to the beautiful Prom in Quarteira.

It's close to everything that is worth seeing and visiting. Additional attractions near our apartment include Falesia Beach and Casino Vilamoura.

Not many people mention Quarteira but you will definately enjoy the seafront promenade, which also gives you the chance of mingling with Portuguese people. There are a lot of nice restaurants, cafes and bars. A trip to Quarteira to the fish, fruit and vegetable markets is a must - just buy sea bass, gambas or giant prawns and have them cooked on the bbq!

Fully equipped, furnished and air conditioned, modern, bright, spacious, spotlessly clean, our cosy apartment has one bedroom with one double bed and a double sofa bed in the lounge.

It is equipped with broadband, TV with 105 channels and phone. Our dvd library, blu-ray movie collection, 32inch Full HD flat screen TV, books, PS3, games, among other surprising pampering touches are small luxuries that will make your stay away from home a lot easier.

If you are parents with babies, you don't need to pack like Elizabeth Taylor! We go that extra step and lighten mum and dad's load a little providing a very comfortable travel cot (with a lovely mattress and a low pillow & insect net), a bath tub with some toys, high chair, push chair, bounce chair, child's safety gate, safety plugs & door slam stoppers.

The complex has a large communal pool and a children's pool within an enclosed garden so they can play safely. There is a pool lifeguard in July and August and NO... She isn't the blonde from Baywatch!!

Almost forgot to write about my hometown! Loulé is also worth a visit for its famous Saturday morning gipsy market and there are buses and taxis available near the apartment, if you don't plan hiring a car. It also has a really good daily market in the Arabian style market hall on Praça da República (open every morning except Sunday).

All in all you can expect to find a stylish and personalized self catering apartment rental.

Airport pick-ups and deliveries are included in the prices shown. An information folder is in the Apartment displaying places of interest and features/forthcoming events, together with our own selection of the best local Restaurants. Beach towels are provided at an additional cost of 10 Euros each. Pets are not allowed. Strictly no smoking except on the balcony. Changeover days are flexible subject to availability. Guests may gain access to property from 4pm on arrival days and must vacate property by 11am on departure days. (flexible in Low Season) English speaking meet and greet with 24 hour emergency number. If you require anything that has not been mentioned please contact us where we will try our upmost to satisfy.

Private shaded parking available on site. Tennis courts just outside the condominium. A short car ride away there are water parks, and Aquashow for the children. It is a fifteen minute drive to the luxury beach and golfing towns of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. The Algarve Shopping centre with lots of shops, bowling, cinema and restaurants is twenty minutes drive away.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rui (the owner) a message.

If Rui (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
