About the home
We aim to answer all enquiries within three hours of receipt.
Superbly located one bedroom apartment peacefully situated in a private condo with sea views and only minutes from the Marina. Our apartment is fully equipped, furnished and air conditioned. It is modern, bright, spacious and spotlessly clean. The apartment has one bedroom with one double bed and there is a double sofa bed in the lounge.
The complex has a large communal pool and a children pool within an enclosed garden so they can play safely and there is a pool lifeguard in July and August. Vilamoura/Marina Beach is just 2 mins walk.
As our guest you can enjoy a good book in the private balcony or use one of the bikes at your disposal and go cycle along the wonderful seashore. The apartment is equipped with broadband, TV with 105 channels and phone. Our dvd library, blu-ray movie collection, 32inch Full HD flat screen TV, books, PS3, games, among other surprising pampering touches are small luxuries that make being away from home a lot easier.
All in all guests can expect to find a stylish and personalized self catering apartment rental.

A short car ride away there are water parks, and Aquashow for the children.
It is a fifteen minute drive to the luxury beach and golfing towns of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. The Algarve Shopping centre with lots of shops, bowling, cinema and restaurants is twenty minutes drive away.

Free Airport pick-ups and deliveries on weekends for our guests. On weekdays only when arrival/departure time is after 1.30pm.
An information folder is in the Apartment displaying places of interest and features/forthcoming events, together with our own selection of the best local Restaurants.
Beach towels are not provided, only bath towels are provided and must not be used at the pool side.
Beach towels can be purchased at a cost of 22 euros each.
Pets are not allowed.
Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.
Changeover days are flexible subject to availability. Guests may gain access to property from 4pm on arrival days and must vacate property by 12 noon on departure days. (flexible in Low Season)
English speaking meet and greet with 24 hour emergency number.
If you require anything that has not been mentioned please contact us where we will try our upmost to satisfy.
Conditions
The payment of the reservation (negotiable) can be made by bank transfer, paypal, credit card or by secure post delivery.
When you arrive you must leave a deposit of 150 Euros, which we will keep until the keys are returned, and if the apartment doesn´t show any damages.
Balance must be paid in cash upon check in..
Rental period is one week. Rentals for periods less than a week (min. 3 days) are available on request.
A monthly rate is negotiable in the winter months from November to February.
Bed linens, towels and house cleaning provided on arrival and changed on a weekly basis.
Deposits are not refundable.
Every care has been taken to ensure the safety of our guests, but guests should take out their own holiday insurance. The holidaymakers should ensure that all practical measures are taken to prevent injury to any party member. If there is an area of concern at the property please inform us immediately.
Under no circumstances must the number of persons occupying the property exceed that which is agreed on the booking form. Occupancy over the maximum party size, at any time during the rental period, will be charged at 100 Euros per day.

The Vilamoura / Vilamoura Marina area
The world-renowned Marina in Vilamoura is full of expensive private yachts and cruisers but for those less well off a wide range of boat trips can be purchased. At the Marina you'll find superb shops,affordable restaurants,banks, supermarkets,bars and tourist offices.
There is a wide range of watersports: dinghy sailing,jet skiing,paragliding,scuba diving,snorkeling,water skiing, windsurfing and shark and marlin fishing.
If you're a golfer, you can choose from the six marvellous golf courses available. In 2006 the Algarve has been awarded the Top Travel Award as best established golf destination in the world.
In Quarteira it is worth a visit to the sea front as there is a long promenade populated with cafes and restaurants. Apart from walking the promenade, or using the sandy beach, there are both fish and fruit markets to visit plus a large 'Gypsy' market every Wednesday.
You’ll find great restaurants and nightlife close by (Marina / Promenade in Quarteira) and there’s lots to do in Vilamoura during the day. There are five superb golf courses all within a 5 minute drive of the apartment (Pinhal Course is within walking distance – 15/20minutes).
All in all we thoroughly recommend a holiday in Vilamoura for both golfers and non golfers and people of any age.

We had such a lovely holiday. We really appreciated all the extras for our 5 month old baby ie. cot, bouncer, baby bath, high chair etc... It really made life so easy for us. It was great to have access to the bicycles for the freedom to explore the resort. The great selection of movies in the apartment was really great as we could relax with a film in the evening after baby was in bed . Great location for the beach shops restaurants etc.. Also very much appriciated was the transfers to and from the airport. We had such a lovely holiday We are sure to return to this wonderful apartment. Everything was first class! Firstly we would like to say how much we have enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is absolutely first class and so well equipped! The weather has been kind and the people very friendly.
Although we haven't ventured much further than the fish market, where I was spoilt for choice with things to try. For us, this has been a wonderful - restful - stressfree week, made so for the most part by our hosts, who have been charming and most helpful.
We would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to anyone wanting to come to the Algarve for a holiday.

We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a home away from home in Vilamoura. The apartment is right on the beach, only minutes away from the marina. We enjoyed our short holiday in Vilamoura. The apartment is very spacious with all mod cons. It is in a prima location for beach lovers. The pool area has very well attended to green and shrubbery areas. We felt very relaxed and secure.

Our one adventure outside Vilamoura was to take in a 3hr cruise along the Algarve Coast. It was lovely, but do take along a jacket or cardigan as it can be cold out at sea.

Really liked the in built BBQ on the balcony as it has been great cooking the fish from the market just 10 minute walk away. Its location is great, apprx 10 mins to the marina. We went on the "Tangerina" boat for a day. It was excellent especially because it takes a max of 14 people which made it a bit more personal.
Finally Rui, what a great host. He makes you feel welcome as soon as you arrive in Faro.

What a wonderful apartment, bright, clean and very well equipped, we have had a wonderful relaxing week here to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary... ... weather has been beautiful so we were on the beach everyday, we feel gulity leaving the pool area... ... Parky's on the Marina is excellent for food and service - right round the other side... ... Our host has been most helpful who we could contact about anything if we needed to. We have had a very relaxing week in your super apartment.
We are always a little aprehensive when booking from the internet, but your apartment exceeds all expectations, and your taxi service from the airport is a fantastic bonus. The information you gave us on our "tour" was really helpful and we did hire a car from the rental company in your folder. They were really helpful and delivered+collected the car.
Forum Algarve was a good shopping centre where we hid from the rain!

What a fantastic week we've had - very relaxing and stress free. The apartment is brilliant - home from home - it has everything you could possibly need. It's been great sitting on the balcony on an evening with a glass of wine with the sea views. We haven't ventured far, been in the pool a few times and been down to the beach. Vilamoura marina is great with a fantastic choice of restaurants. Our host has been great, the pick up / drop off service at the airport has been great and very much appreciated. Big thank you to Rui for renting us his great apartment, everything you need plus more. The marina is packed with great bars and good eating places. The Mayflower is fantastic a few Euros more but well worth it. The beaches are lovely and clean. Faro is a lovely nice old town and church with good shops too. Thanks again Rui for being such a great host very helpful and friendly. Hope to visit again soon.

Had a great week and the apartment was everything we could have asked for. The location is ideal with shops and cafes on the door step along with the beach as well the Marina is only a 10 minute walk which is ideal. We stayed for 9 night in this fantastic apartment and found it was everything it claimed to be on the Internet and more. Always a bit wary when booking online ourselves, we were delighted when we finally saw this spacioius and spotless apartment with a nice double bed (usually twin) that wasn't lumpy! (...) The apartment is very secure and the complex is generally quiet and relaxed. The pool area is never very busy and you will always feel comfortable there. There is also the bonus of having the safe in the bedroom to secure your passport and credit cards, money etc... This is the nicest apartment we have booked online and we would definitely recommend it to family and friends. (...)

What can we say! We only booked for 1 week and stayed for 2!! The apartment was so nice and so well equipped there didn't seem to be any point searching for somewhere else. We found some fantastic restaurants. Our favourite was run by a friendly portuguese family and great value for money (the "Steak on a stone" where the meat keeps coming until you ask them to stop!!) The only thing the apartment didn't have was an umbrella - HA HA our fault for coming in December. Rui - Thank you for being such a good + welcoming host.
