This is an exceptionally large apartment, which will comfortably accommodate 7 adults. The lounge has two sofas, one of which converts to two single beds or a double bed if required. There is also the flexibility of an extra fold-down bed, bringing the available accommodation up to 7. The beautifully decorated lounge with its huge patio doors, leading out to the open terrace area, gives the apartment a feeling of space and airiness. The large kitchen offers all modern conveniences as well as a breakfast table and chairs. The master bedroom can be made up as a double OR twin room. It is en-suite (bath/shower) and has French doors leading onto a small balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds.

The apartment is finished to a high standard including air-con/heating. The kitchen includes a fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, hob & oven. The private terrace has a large shaded dining area and an open sunbathing area. There is a dining table, six chairs, two sun-loungers and patio umbrella, a sofa swing (TV can be viewed from here!) and gas barbecue. Four further sun-loungers are provided poolside. These may be moved to terrace at guests' discretion. The pool has a wide stepped entrance at the shallow end, great for children, and is set in beautifully kept gardens. There is secure underground parking with lift service. There is also above ground parking. This is a secure gated complex. Visitors must be 'buzzed in' via video entry phone located in the apartment.

"Perfect family home-from-home in the sun"

We stayed at the apartment for 10 days in May - myself, husband, 3 year old daughter and 1 year old son. It was ideal for our needs. A travel cot and high chair were provided. 2 bathrooms made bath-times manageable. The lounge, garden area and pool were great and always quiet. The kitchen was very well equiped and it was a lifesaver to be able to pre-order groceries for our arrival. Great to have home comforts like wireless and Sky TV when we chose to use them. Vilamoura Marina was lovely and we were within easy access of loads of beaches, markets and eating-out areas. We also made good use of the gas barbeque at the apartment, and outdoor furniture. The kids loved the swing sofa. Would highly recommend for families. Ann and Maria were very helpful and obliging.

"Worth every penny."

My wife and I spent a month at Villa Mallon in June last year and can honestly say this apartment is one of the best anyone could wish for. On arrival, we met the lady who looks after it and she opened the garage for us to park our car in the private space, great for security. The lift is very close and one floor up brings you to the apartment. Two very good bedrooms with two very nice bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen and most comfortable lounge. Sky tv if you need it, with sports. Great terrace overlooking the pool and two sunbeds, plus more sunbeds belonging to the apartment by the pool. Gas bbq on the terrace with large patio set for dining outside. Aircon in bedrooms and lounge. Can recommend this apartment without a problem. Plus wi-fi free. Thank you Ann and Christie.

"We love everything about this apartment"

This apartment is maintained in top condition and the owners have provided every facility one could need for a great holiday in the Algarve regardless of the season. The pool is of a good size and regularly cleaned along with the surrounding areas. The apartment building location is only a 20 to 30 minute run from Faro Airport and is situated in a quiet position in a pleasant residential area. A hire car from Faro Airport is advised to make the best of your stay and secure parking is available outside and under the building where your luggage can be wheeled directly from the car to a lift up to the apartment. We have booked to stay here five years running and consider it our preferred holiday base.

"Very Satisfied Customers"

Hi Ann,
Just a few words to say how much we enjoyed our two week stay. The accommodation described in your advert was exactly he what it said, the only amendment we would add would be that it carry's the WOW FACTOR! The weather was as good as the apartment and scored 12 out of 10. We found some excellent places to eat, mainly those on the square in front of the marina. The pool was put to very good use and the furnishings both inside and outside the apartment are the best we have ever had in a holiday home. As for the sky package, that was a real bonus.
We are already looking to return and it cannot come sooner.

"Another magic day in Paradise"

That was my husband, Jim's last words each evening as we slipped into our very comfortable bed. We had a most enjoyable holiday while staying in your apartment, it is truly home from home. Every morning we would enjoy our breakfast on the patio, planning the day ahead. Come the late afternoon we would return to "shoot the breeze" with the residents lounging round the lovely pool area, learning of their escapades during the day,sharing a few laughs along the way. The evening would find us back on the patio enjoying a bottle of the excellent local wine while savouring the local produce under the soft night air, what more can can life offer? The facilities and decor in your apartment were first class and we felt very relaxed in the atmosphere of the place.We were sad to leave and cannot wait to return.
