This is an exceptionally large apartment, which will comfortably accommodate 7 adults. The lounge has two sofas, one of which converts to two single beds or a double bed if required. There is also the flexibility of an extra fold-down bed, bringing the available accommodation up to 7. The beautifully decorated lounge with its huge patio doors, leading out to the open terrace area, gives the apartment a feeling of space and airiness. The large kitchen offers all modern conveniences as well as a breakfast table and chairs. The master bedroom can be made up as a double OR twin room. It is en-suite (bath/shower) and has French doors leading onto a small balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds.
The apartment is finished to a high standard including air-con/heating. The kitchen includes a fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, hob & oven. This property boasts many EXTRAS too numerous to detail here. Contact the owner for full details. SATELLITE/SKY TV includes British/Irish channels, Sky Sports and more. The private terrace has a large shaded dining area and an open sunbathing area. There is a dining table, six chairs, two sun-loungers and patio umbrella, a sofa swing (TV can be viewed from here!) and gas barbecue. Four further sun-loungers are provided poolside. These may be moved to terrace at guests' discretion. The pool has a wide stepped entrance at the shallow end, great for children, and is set in beautifully kept gardens. There is secure underground parking with lift service. There is also above ground parking. This is a secure gated complex. Visitors must be 'buzzed in' via video entry phone located in the apartment.
Supplements may apply at Easter, Christmas/New year and for bookings of less than one week.
Rental includes weekly clean and linen change. Midweek cleaning available at an extra charge.
Other 1 or 2 bed apartments available for larger parties. Cot/High chair provided. Babysitting service. Telephones and wireless broadband available. Airport transfers, car hire, arrival foodpacks can be arranged.
We accept payment by cheque, bank transfer, credit card and Paypal. Contact the owner for details.
We prefer Saturday changeover in July and August. A deposit of 25% is payable on booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. We do not usually require a breakage deposit but trust that guests will make good on any major damages. (We don't worry about the minor accidents!)

Vilamoura also embraces a vast wetland area, extremely rich in plant and bird life and close to the marina is the site of an old Roman villa. Try a jeep safari or take to the high seas for sports fishing or pleasure cruises from Vilamoura. Try your hand at quad biking or scuba diving. My wife and I spent a month at Villa Mallon in June last year and can honestly say this apartment is one of the best anyone could wish for. On arrival, we met the lady who looks after it and she opened the garage for us to park our car in the private space, great for security. The lift is very close and one floor up brings you to the apartment. Two very good bedrooms with two very nice bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen and most comfortable lounge. Sky tv if you need it, with sports. Great terrace overlooking the pool and two sunbeds, plus more sunbeds belonging to the apartment by the pool. Gas bbq on the terrace with large patio set for dining outside. Aircon in bedrooms and lounge. Can recommend this apartment without a problem. Plus wi-fi free. Thank you Ann and Christie.

This apartment is maintained in top condition and the owners have provided every facility one could need for a great holiday in the Algarve regardless of the season. The pool is of a good size and regularly cleaned along with the surrounding areas. The apartment building location is only a 20 to 30 minute run from Faro Airport and is situated in a quiet position in a pleasant residential area. A hire car from Faro Airport is advised to make the best of your stay and secure parking is available outside and under the building where your luggage can be wheeled directly from the car to a lift up to the apartment. We have booked to stay here five years running and consider it our preferred holiday base.

Just a few words to say how much we enjoyed our two week stay. The accommodation described in your advert was exactly he what it said, the only amendment we would add would be that it carry's the WOW FACTOR! The weather was as good as the apartment and scored 12 out of 10. We found some excellent places to eat, mainly those on the square in front of the marina. The pool was put to very good use and the furnishings both inside and outside the apartment are the best we have ever had in a holiday home. As for the sky package, that was a real bonus.
We are already looking to return and it cannot come sooner.
