About the home

Terracos do Mar is situated in a quiet residential area.the complex is secure with gardens,a shared pool and also a children's pool.the apartment has been modernised,to a high standard.the main living area provides two sofa beds for additional sleeping. There is a separate bedroom which has a very good size double bed and wardrobe.the walk around vilamoura is very flat so there,s no need to worry about any hills.

on your departure date if there are people arriving ,you must vacate the apartment by 12:00 ,as the apartment
has to be cleaned for the next people arriving.please ask if you have a late flight just incase no one is arriving
that day .

The algarve is a beutiful region of portugal, it's home to some of europes finest golf corses and is famous for the many sandy beaches.it has a temperate climate all year round and boasts over 300 days of sunshine.even in the low season it can be warm enough to sunbathe.

The Vilamoura / Terracos do Mar area

Vilamoura marina is the largest in europe and has numerous shops,cafes and restaurants to injoy.it also has a casino and cinema, also they have a aquashow which is 5 mins in a taxi (about 4-5 euros) the next town is quarteira,which is within walking distance from the apartment.it has a beautiful promenade lined by many shops and cafes on one side and golden sands on the other.there is a gypsy market every wednesday and a market selling local produce which opens daily .vilamoura offers a wide range of activities including water sports, fishing, cycling, and great golf courses.there is a bus service in vilamoura enabling to visit other places a must is go to the old town in albufeira about 30 mins on a bus ( stunning beaches and a great places to eat )

additional costs are for your towels and linen for your stay ,and apartment to be cleaned after your departure each person will be left a set of towels each . the cost for (2 people 1 bed +towels £40) (4 people + towels 2 beds £50 ) (6 people + towels 3 beds £60)

there is a washing machine which you can clean towels daily or you can pay 12 euros a day to have clean towels,you will given a set of towels ,which will be left in the apartment on your arrival.

there is a deposit of £100 which is non refundable, with final payment which is 6 weeks before holiday.
