About the home

This is a lovely two bedroom holiday apartment in a secure but extremely well kept closed condominium. The condominium has manicured landscaped gardens and spacious sunbathing area around a large swimming pool and shower area.

The holiday apartment is situated on the second floor (top floor) and can be reached by stairway and also by lift.

The holiday apartment is air conditioned, fully furnished and equipped. The lounge is large and spacious, very light and airy with large sliding doors to the balcony.

The lounge has a sofa bed, and seating along with a dining table and seating. The apartment has satellite TV with UK channels.

Leading from the lounge through large patio doors is a lovely private south facing balcony that is furnished and ideal for outside dining and private sunbathing in the sunshine.

The kitchen is large and well equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster etc.

There are 2 bedrooms one is the master bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom also has twin beds and there is a further family bath/shower room.

The apartment has views across Vilamoura and is a 5 minute drive away from the Vilamoura Marina with its many boutiques and restaurants where you can try the local cuisine.

The apartment is also at the far end of the condominium allowing quiet living. It is a 30 minute flat walk to the Marina. Also it is very central for golf, water parks, and the sightseeing locations of the Algarve.

“Perfect location, great pool area and a lovely holiday place” This apartment is comfortable, little basic but very clean and tidy, view is wonderful. The condo is large and spacious with a great pool area and lots of areas for the kids to run and play, without fear. It is a nice walk to local bar and restaurant and Browns Sports Bar, but a taxi drive to the marina. Vila moura is stunning and so family orientated. an early evening stroll along the marina, even with toddlers is just great seeing all the boats, fish and crabs in the water. The lady who met us at the apartment was really cheerful and helpful, knew the area well and also we had some rolls and drinks waiting for us which was a surprise. Alround great service
