Villa Nuala is a stunning private villa with 3 bedrooms, all en-suite villa and outside terraces. situated in a prime location in the heart of Vilamoura. The Villa is an easy walking distance to the cosmopolitan Vilamoura, with its Marina, blue flag Falesia & Marina beaches, a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, cinema, international casio and night club- no need to hire a car if you prefer not to drive on holiday.

The Villa is a truly lovely and very spacious detached Villa with its own large private swimming pool. You can opt to have the pool heated (£160 per week) recommended for all day swimming or Winter stays. There is plenty of room outside with private heated (optional) pool, barbecue,balconies and terraces, landscaped and well manicured gardens plus parking. The garden is bathed in sunshine throughout the day but also has ample shaded areas provided by the good sized balconies, terraces and mature trees. Plenty of out door seating and sun loungers. The Villa has air con, under floor heating, electric shutters, satellite TV and free wi fi is available also. Being so close to all amenities, Villa Nuala is an ideal locaton for families or friends holidaying together. Just a couple of minutes drive to the beaches and marina or leave the car behind and take a 15/20 minute stroll to the marina and beaches instead. The Villa has great views across the 4th fairway of one of the Algarve's most prestigious golf courses, the Pinhal Championship Golf Course and is most definitely perfectly placed for golfers and for families wanting to enjoy all that the Algarve has to offer.

Villa Nuala is excellently located in the heart of Vilamoura , close to all amenities and set in an established residential area with great views over the 4th fairway of the fabulous Pinhal Golf Course. The Villa has a spacious entrance hall with double doors to the living room and dining room, wood sliding doors to the well equipped kitchen. There is a downstairs cloakroom with WC and wash basin. The marble stairs leads to upstairs where there are two very spacious bedrooms, one double and one twin bedroom. Each bedroom has its own separate en suite. The first bedroom ensuite has a jacuzzi bath, his & her sinks, bidet, separate toilet room.The second bedroom ensuite has a double shower, his & her sinks and toilet. The upstairs bedrooms have their own verandas where you can sit out and enjoy the views of the pool, garden and golf course. Downstairs there is another large bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom with shower over head. A patio door opens onto the gardens. The Villa has wi fi , aircon, underfloor heating, log fire,a large private swimming pool (with pool heating option), all day sunny terrances for al fresco dining, beautiful enclosed gardens and parking. Sunny aspect but also plenty of shaded areas too. Perfect for relaxation and enjoying all that Vilamoura and the Algarve have to offer.

The very spacious living area has 2 double sofas and 2 single sofas.coffee tables, a 50" plasma TV screen, DVD player and free satellite for both Portuguese and English channels. There is a log burning fireplace makes it cosy and romantic in the chilly winter nights & underfloor heating for winter guests. Three large double patio doors open onto the private pool that can be heated if required, large terraces, perfectly manicured gardens and patio area affording superb views of the very wonderful Pinhal Golf Course.

This is a delightful spot. The Villa is not part of a complex but situated in its own private grounds. The Villa is south facing and enjoys sunshine all day long and there is plenty of shade also, provided by the balconies and mature trees. The dining room has a large dining table and 8 chairs and two patio doors opening on to the verandas, BBQ and outside eating area where you have the choice to breakfast, lunch or dine in the sun or in the shade. The well equipped separate kitchen is fitted with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. There is a iron and ironing board, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, electric juicer, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses. Another door leads from the kitchen to the enclosed outside splace where you can dry your clothers and access the BBQ, verandas and gardens, where you can barbeque to your heart's content.

The downstairs bedroom is also a very large double bedroom and has its own en suite bathroom with overhead shower. There is a patio door from the bedroom that leads onto another terrace and to the garden and pool.

Outside there is wonderful landscaped lawned gardens with lighting and views onto the fairway. Private swimming pool and outside shower, large patio area, 2 patio tables , umbrella, ten patio chairs, six sunbeds and built in barbecue. Great for sunbathing, relaxing and enjoying al fresco dining. The large private swimming pool comes with pool heating option at £160 per week.

Linen and towels supplied (except beach towels). Towels changed twice a week, linen and cleaning once a week. Extra cleaning services are also available, upon request, at the rate of €10 per hour.

Flexible changeover day subject to availability. Check in time after 3pm on day of arrival and check out time is 10am on day of departure. I can be flexible on check in and out times, subject to availability.

Short term breaks (4 days or less) subject to availability.

Conditions

A minimum booking deposit of 25% (non-refundable) of the rental fee to confirm the booking. The balance is due, together with a refundable damages deposit, six weeks before the proposed arrival date payable by euro bank transfer.

Refundable breakages deposit of €400 is required or you can choose to pay the damages deposit in sterling £350. Your deposit will be refunded no later than 7 days from your departure and subject to satisfactory property inspection.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve region is located on the south coast of Portugal. The Vilamoura / Pinhal Golf Course area

As a vibrant, modern holdiay destination, Vilamoura is sure to appeal to all tastes and age groups. Vilamoura has Europe's largest marina and the marina is the epicentre of Vilamoura and the ideal place to start your exploration of the area. Traditional water based activities such as cruises, jet skiing and big game fishing can be arranged at the marina but the area is also home to a great many trendy bars,cafes, restaurants and and a fantastic array of shops.

Clean sandy blue flag beaches can be found on either side of the marina to cater for all sorts of traditional, family beach activities. Vilamoura's fantastic Falesia beach is situated to the west of the Marina, with over a mile of fine white sand. Falesia has quite a spectacular setting - sparkling blue sea in one direction contrasting to the towering red cliffs behind.

Vilamoura is a golfers' paradise having 5 championship golf courses and a golf academy. The golf courses in Vilamoura have been created to a very high standard and were designed to attract golfers of the highest calibre. Villa Nuala looks onto the 4th fairway of the championship Oceanico Pinhal golf course. Other courses close by and in the area include Oceanico Laguna, Millennium, Old Course and Victoria, all the courses offering challenges of varying degrees.

Sporting fun in Vilamoura is not limited to golf. Other attractions include a Lawn Bowling Club, a Tennis Centre, a Sports Club, a Shooting Club, Nightclubs, a Cinema, a private Airstrip and an excellent Riding School. There is a Roman Site & Museum giving a glimpse of the past. There are many different tourist activities available e.g. ballooning, bird watching, boat trips, coach trips, or excursions in a Safari Jeep to explore the local countryside. You can book great excursions from Vilamoura Marina and for those wine loving visitors, you can a wine tasting tour of Cliff Richards’s vineyard in nearby Guia.

The Hilton's Seven Spa and the exclusive Brown's Leisure club are both worth a visit - Brown's hosts many international rugby tournaments. Vilamoura's international casino with its host of shows and evening entertainment makes for a great night out. From the marina you can hire your own luxury speed boat, take a boat trip to explore the caves or choose to go dolphin spotting, followed by lunch on a secluded beach, or really unwind by taking a sunset cruise.

The nearest water park .Aqua Show,is a couple of minutes drive away or take a coach trip from the marina to the not to be missed Zoo Marine. If you prefer Go Karting in Almancil. Quarteria market on Wednesday mornings (3 minutes drive) and Loule market on a Saturday mornings (15 minutes drive) are also worth a visit.

You can get flights to Faro from a large number of European Airports and if you are flying from the UK then there are around 26 different Airports offering regular scheduled flights to Faro from the UK . There are also direct flights from Belfast, Cork, Dublin, Kerry and Shannon to Faro.

“first class” We have just returned from Villa Nuala where we had a delightful weeks holiday, the villa is superb, wonderfully equipped and furnished. The location is fabulous backing onto a golf fairway and a very nice road to the front, Ideal for families or friends with a super pool which we paid to have heated and so therefore could swim anytime. Nuala herself was extremely friendly and helpful ensuring we had plenty of information. We certainly hope to go again and will be recommending it to family and friends. Thankyou

“Fabulous villa and pool” We had a fabulous holiday at Villa Nuala!  The villa was far larger than we anticipated - so spacious especially the bedrooms and bathrooms. We found it very well equipped and immaculately clean, both inside and outside. The pool was superb and Annabel our youngest daughter was delighted with all the inflatable toys (as were the teenagers!) The sun loungers were most comfortable. Thank you so much for organising the transfers to and from the airport - such a professional company - so friendly and efficient. So less stressful than driving and due to the villa's close proximity to The Marina, there is little need for a car. With hindsight we should have taken a taxi to a large supermarket at the beginning of our stay and stocked up for the week - instead we walked to Jafers each day and bought what we could carry which probably wasn't very cost effective! Thank you also for the restaurant recommendations - we had excellent meals and service at The Fisherman's Shack and at Zagolas - both exceptionally good value for money. We also ate at Peppers at The Tivoli Hotel - more pricey but fabulous food and service as were the other restaurants on The Marina that we ate at. However the location of those restaurants warranted the price! We have already recommend Villa Nuala to friends since we went to a party last night and I've shared photographs! We would love to return!

“lovely villa in a great location” had a great week at villa nuala, villa is in a really good position only 15 minutes walk from both the marina and quarteria, could find no fault with the villa and Nuala herself was extremely helpful with advice and guidance from first contact she made the whole process very easy even booking a taxi to meet us at the airport. The management team she uses in Villamoura were also very efficient one small problem while we were there with a dishwasher was resolved within a day after a short phone call, i would reccomend this villa without any hesitation

“Villa Nuala is amazing - A fabulous villa in a wonderful location” Just back from the most wonderful holiday. Five of us stayed at Villa Nuala in Vilamoura and from the moment we booked it was a joy. Nuala the owner was so helpful from the start. She arranged our taxi transfers and the driver was there to meet us. The villa is about a twenty minute drive from the airport. The villa was beyond our highest expectations. We could see from the photos that it was a lovely villa but actually being there we felt that the photos did not do it justice. Everything about the villa oozes qualify and it's so spacious. The weather was fantastic and we loved the outdoors. The pool was sparkling clean and a joy to swim in. We spend most days by the pool and it was easy to stroll down to the marina and back again for more Villa Nuala pool. The villa had everything we could ask for and more. The garden and pool lights that were on a timer and we had the option to change, which we didn't as there was no need. It was wonderful to sit out in the night surrounded by the lovely gardens and the glow from the pool lights - so private and so tranquil. We walked into Vilamoura marina, less than 20 minutes walk and enjoyed O' Neills on the marina. On Saturday night we were entertained by a brilliant Portuguese group-called the "Six Irish Men" so much energy and such fun. A truly great place and we highly recommend Villa Nuala and will be coming back again.

“Absolutley Perfect !” We have just returned from staying at Villa Nuala, everything was perfect from the initial contact with the owner through to the time we returned. The villa is in an ideal location with a lovely local restaurant a short walk down the road, excellent food & service. A 15 / 20 minute walk will take you into the marina with a wide variety of places to eat & drink. The villa has all the amenties you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The pool & gardens are very well maintained. We received exceptional service from Nuala the owner and will definatley return. We would highly recommend this villa !

“A Fantastic Family Holiday” We had a fantastic family holiday at Villa Nuala. Nuala was extremely helpful from the moment I enquired. The villa was beyond what I had expected, it was luxurious and set in such wonderful surroundings. I travelled with a 7 year and 11 year old and they both enjoyed the pool. We felt very safe and the pool was fantastic during the day. Local shops are about a 15 minute walk and if you are carrying groceries I would recommend a short taxi ride (around 3.5 euros). Beach was about a 20 minute walk, great for an early morning stroll but walking that distance with the kids was hard in the midday sun. The Villa itself had everything and more, it felt home from home. We mixed our nights between staying in and going out. It was nice to have dinner (bbq) in the evening beside the pool and snuggle down to watch a DVD but also just as nice to take a short stroll down to the marina for a drink and dinner. So many restaurants to choose from, you are literally spoilt for choice. I would recommend Villa Nuala and I have already recommended it to family.
