Mouragolf, as its name might suggest, is the perfect choice for either golf enthusiasts or the sun searchers. It backs on to one of the Algarves best courses (The Old Course). On a small complex, built in typical Algarvian style, with its cool interior for hot, humid days.

The spacious villa has been recently renovated to high standard; it has a large balconied open plan lounge. The beautiful gardens that surround the property are a delight, with the terrace at the back of the villa looking on to the golf course, perfect for those early evening drinks or alfresco dining.

This villa is a gem, and is very cared for and improved by the present owners.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Vilamoura is a beautiful place to have a holiday, it is well kept and the portuguese are very friendly people. The summer months are june to sept. The Algarve, on the south of Portugal. Protected by a mountainous region ,the Algarve enjoys a climate dominated by African weather.

This is why the Algarve enjoys 330 days of sunny weather, per year and why it is so very popular, even as a Spring, Autumn or even Winter break. It is Europe's sunniest spot, a gem,with some of the finest beaches and hidden coves, golf courses and weather can be found and also experience traditional historic Portugal.

The location of the villa is a short car ride from the Marina, or 20 min walk away, which is packed with bars and restruants, too many to choose from. You can watch the world go by and enjoy the spectacular views of the marina, you will never be short of things to do.

Vilamoura area

Vilamoura is an excellent location that has plenty to keep the children entertained and the adults, if its a beach holiday, Vilamoura has a superb beach behind the marina, and there are plenty more to explore on the Algarve.

If you would like to do sports, the Algarve and Vilamoura have plenty of golf courses, 5 of the famous Oceanico golf couserse on your door step, water parks, Zoo marine, Tennis courts, horse riding and deep sea fishing, you can also hire a boats.

There is a lesuire centre called Browns, which is 5 mins walk away, which has an indoor pool and outdoor, gym, and tennis courts.

There are many low cost airlines that fly to the algarve into Faro Airport.

There is a double room with em-suite and a twin room, there is also a set a bunk beds for children, so max with children sleeps 6. There are 3 bathroom/shower rooms.

There is a quite a large pool, and about 30 villas share the pool, it is never busy and is very peaceful and relaxing, set in the gardens of Moura golf.

There is a patio and gardens to the rear of the property which is perfect for alfresco dining and relaxing.
