A brand new tastefully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom (1 en-suite) apartment, sleeping a maximum of 6 people. Located near the Marina of Vilamoura and very close to 3 championship golf courses. Well maintained grounds and secure underground parking. Large lounge and dining area, separate kitchen. Large sun terrace with built-in barbecue. Security shutters to all windows and video entry system. Strictly non-smoking.

Linen/maid service: Linen and towels provided. Price includes weekly bed linen and towel change every 7 days. We can provide extra maid services on request at 11 euros per hour payable locally..-Welcome food packs, car hire and airport transfers can be arranged.
We are flexible on changeover days.
Check-in time - usually 4pm but our staff will always try to accommodate earlier check-in times if required.
Check-out time - 10am on departure date.

Conditions

Make contact, agree holiday dates, pay 25% deposit at time of booking. A refundable breakages/damages deposit of £250 is required to be paid with the balance and providing there is no damage or breakages this will be refunded to you by post. The final balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure or immediately if booked at short notice. Deposit non-refundable on any holidays cancelled 12 weeks prior to departure. No smoking or pets within the apartment please.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Europe, stretching from the resorts of Faro, Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo in the East, through to the beautiful and historic town of Lagos in the West. The golfing haven of Vilamoura and the resorts of Albufeira, Vale de Parra and Carvoeiro are also very popular locations.

The Algarve coastline offers endless days of exploring - the beaches here are amongst the finest in Europe.. further afield is Lisbon, Portugals historic capital city just 2 hours drive North.. and to the East across the Spanish border, the stunning city of Seville - Capital of Andalusia region is approx 2 hours drive as well.

The Vilamoura / Vilamoura Marina area

In the marina area you will find an excellent array of high quality restaurants. Cais is particularly recommended if you want to taste the best steak in the Algarve. The Fisherman's Shack located off the main street outside the marina is exceptional for fish and local cuisine. Dom Alfonso's, Aquavit, Pier 1 are also very popular with guests.

For a great night out visit the casino and try your luck at the tables or book in to see a floor show. In the daytime, there are plenty of boat trips from the marina including dolphin and whale watching, deep sea fishing or pleasure cruises down the coast. Faro is a must. At night, visit one of the many bars on the marina and watch the sun go down while sipping a champagne cocktail.

For shoppers and retail therapy there are some very high quality boutique shops in Vilamoura but for greater choice visit the main shopping areas - Faro & Loule offer traditional high street shopping (15-20mins car/taxi) and there are large shopping malls at The Forum in Faro and AlgarveShopping Centre near Guia (20mins car/taxi). There are weekly gypsy markets at Quarteira (Wednesdays) and Loule (Saturday).

If you do happen to have a car(or even hire one for a day), there are endless places of interest within easy reach of Vilamoura. Within 30 minutes drive time from the resort there are a further 20 top quality courses to choose from - no wonder the Algarve is Europe's favourite golf destination

Vilamoura and the apartment is easiest reached via Faro airport which is only a short dirive approx 20 mins and is served by all the mainstram and budget airlines such as Easyjet and ryanair from locations all accross the UK and Ireland.

It is also possible to fly into Lisbon which is about 2hrs North, or Seville in Spain which is approx 1hr 45mins to the East. Again these airports are served by all leading budget and full service airlines, and also offer a great opportunity to have a short city break at the start or end of your holiday on the Algarve.

“Stunning flat everything you could ever want highly recommend.” We would recommend this flat to anyone. It is beautifully furnished and has all the home comforts you want. We loved the terrace BBQ. The swimming pool was lovely with plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely come back.

“A fantastic stay!!” We just returned from a fabulous week in this apartment. The apartment was stunning, all brand new, modern furniture. The bedrooms were fully furnished with plenty of bedding, drawer and wardrobe space, including hangers. Both bedrooms had small balconies. The kitchen was unbelievable! Had absolutely everything you could possibly need, microwave, glasses, crockery, plastic plates, washing machine, etc. The living room was perfect, had flat screen tv with English channels and iPod speakers. The balcony leading off the living room was lovely, nice and cool all day. We ate breakfast here every morning, watching the world go by. The apartment had a lovely pool in land scaped gardens, with plenty of sun loungers available. It was always nice and quiet. We only saw around 6 people there the whole week. It was in a great location. Out of the centre so didn't hear any noise. It took us (including my 68 year old father, and myself 6 months pregnant) around 15-20 mins to walk into town. We usually took a taxi back which cost 3-4 euros. There was a supermarket, bar, hairdresser, restaurant and car hire about 5 min walk away, very handy. We couldn't fault the service from the owners or the people managing property in vilamoura. We always received quick replies from owner about any questions we may have had. Very easy to pay and our deposit was returned 2 days after we returned from our holiday. Our contact in vilamoura was also great, was around to handle any problems we may have had, of which we had none!! Very easy access to apartment when we arrived. All in all a fantastic apartment in a lovely location, at a great price. We will definitely be back.
