About the home

The apartment forms part of a small attractive condominium built in a traditional Portuguese style. It is set in mature gardens with a pool. The apartment offers spacious accommodation and has recently been completely refurbished.

The lounge is comfortably furnished and has a DVD player and English-language satellite free view TV so you enjoy your holiday and still watch all your favourite programmes! From the lounge you can look out across the private garden to the shared pool and gardens. There is a dining area with seating for six and a brand new kitchen which includes a washing machine and dishwasher. The two bedrooms are light and airy, both with twin beds. The bathroom has also been newly fitted.

The apartment has a small, private enclosed garden from which you can go into the communal garden and pool area. The private garden allows you to sunbathe or dine alfresco in privacy and has a gate so you can let small children play there. The garden is equipped with a table, chairs and loungers.

There are lots of amenities within easy walking distance including shops, bars, and restaurants. There is even a traditional Portuguese restaurant just few metres away that serves freshly grilled chicken and other delicious food made with fresh local ingredients.

A car is not essential as it is possible to walk to the marina and Vilamoura beach as well as award winning Falesia beach which has bars. You can catch the tourist land train which passes nearby if you wish.

This apartment is located in the popular golfing and seaside town of Vilamoura, just a few minutes walk from marina. Vilamoura is just off the EN125 road between Faro and Albufeira and is just a 20 minute drive from the airport. Faro airport is serviced by most budget airlines such as Monarch, BMi Baby, easyjet, and Thomsonfly. Vilamoura has good local bus and taxi services and the nearest railway station is just 10 minutes from Vilamoura. We can arrange airport transfers and car hire.
