Home description

This 3 bedroom apartment, which sleeps 6, is ideally situated within the Old Village being very close to the main pool area. It benefits from 2 separate terrace areas plus a large roof terrace. It has a large living and dining area. The apartment is newly renovated with new modern bathrooms.

Cobbled streets, immaculate gardens and Georgian style house make up the Old Village. The Old Village is suited to couples, families and golfers. Within the complex is three swimming pools, a supermarket, restaurants, bars and cafes. Vilamoura marina is only a 20/25 minute walk away. Please note that there is a charge for the hire of sunbeds around the pool area.

This apartment is fully air-conditioned.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Guaranteed hot summers and generally warm all year round. Perfect for golfers too. Food and wine is relatively inexpensive and the Portugese make you very welcome, they are very friendly and love families.Wonderfully picturesque with beautiful landscape, perfect for walking and with some of the most lovely and quiet beaches in europe the Algarve still proves to be a top holiday destination.


Vilamoura / Villamoura Old Village area

Vilamoura Marina is about a 20 minute walk or a two minute taxi ride from the apartment and is full of lovely restaurants, places to drink, shops and a casino. The apartment is centrally located for all six of the golf course around Vilamoura namely Pinhal, The Old Course, Millennium, Victoria, Laguna and Villa Sol. The two main sandy beaches in Vilamoura are a 20 minute walk - Falesia and Marina Beach. There is a large water park about a 10 minute drive away for children.
Quarteria is about 3km from the Old Village and has a market every Wednesday, Loule is about a 20 minute drive and also has a weekly market.

This is a two storey apartment located on the first and second floors. External steps lead up to the front door. The 3 bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor. The generous first floor balcony can be accessed from the two twin bedrooms by french doors. The kitchen, dining and large living room are on the second floor. Double french doors from the lounge area lead to a secluded terrace area, perfect for outdoor dining. The roof terrace is also accessed from this balcony. The roof terrace is equipped with table, chairs, sunloungers and a bbq.

Retractable child safety stairgates have been installed inside the apartment for families with young children and there is also a highchair that can be used.

Free parking is available throughout the perimeter of the village.


Further details

Towels and linen are provided but please bring your own beach/swimming pool towels. Towels, linen and maid service is weekly.

Check in is no early than 4pm on arrival and apartment should be vacated by 10am on departure day. This may be flexible depending on other bookings. Please speak to our management company on arrival.


Conditions

To secure your booking we require a 10% non-refundable deposit. The final balance is required 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.

Upon booking we also require a £100 refundable breakages deposit, this will be returned once the property has been inspected after your stay. (We don't charge for broken glasses etc!)
