The 2 bedroom apartment (sleeping up to 6) with 2 en-suites and 1 bathroom is on the 1st floor (middle) of the complex which is granted access either by lift or stairs. The complex is fully fenced with access through electric gates and has underground carparking. The apartment has all the mod-cons necessary to make for a very very comfortable stay, featuring air-conditioning throughout, jacuzzi bath, fully equipped modern kitchen, shared garden and heated pool with children's section.

Vilamoura / Vilamoura Marina area
Vilamoura is a huge privately constructed resort in the centre of the Algarve coast. The resort complex surrounds a 1,000-berth marina and boasts a wide range of facilities including hotels, restaurants, shops and a casino. There are no less than five 18-hole championship golf courses and numerous other sporting facilities. Nearby is the town of Loule, which boasts a Moorish castle and 13th century church. Praia Village is located in the centre of Vilamoura at just 1000 metres from the Marina and the praia da Falesia.
Praia Village is an exclusive development of 42 apartments situated in the heart of Vilamoura within easy reach of all that Vilamoura has to offer. All types of water sports are available locally. Boat trips for fishing or dolphin watching available at marina.Vilamoura has five championship golf courses that are in close distance to the apartment.
How to get there
*Praia Village is approximately a 20 minute drive away from Faro International Airport, 20km. *Cheap flights are available with several low cost airlines including Ryanair, Easyjet, Thomson Fly and Flybe. *Car rental is not a necessity as there are good local taxis' and good shuttle services operating at Faro. However if you do wish to hire a car we have found that booking a rental car is cheaper to do at the airport rather than pre-booking from the UK. If you require it we can pass on contact details. *We can provide driving directions if necessary.

Conditions
The rates have been calculated weekly for your convenience but extra nights can be added or subtracted to your holiday, just divide the total by 7 and mutiply by the number you require.
A one-off fixed cleaning fee is added to the bill regardless of number of nights, if you require extra cleaning/bed linen visits it can be arranged for a fee on request.
Verbal bookings will be held for 7 days. 25% non-refundable deposit to be paid to secure each booking. Balance will be due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. If booking is made 8 weeks or les before intended arrival date a full payment will be required.
Refundable key and breakages deposit of £200 (per booking) will be payable with the balance, this bond will be refunded within 14 days subject to the apartment check.
