Home description

Situated on the 14th fairway of the Millennium golf course the apartment is perfect for golfers or families that just want the peace a golf course location can offer. 10 minutes walk from the clubhouse and within 15 mins of the most famous golf courses Portugal can offer.

The apartment complex shares a communal pool between 12 apartments incorporating a shallow end for those non-swimmers and the deeper water for those looking to relax or exercise. The Apartment is newly furnished by interior designers incorporating the best of modern living. Situated in a completed area of Vilamoura with ample parking. The Apartment enjoys stunning views and privacy. The apartment sleeps 6-8 in 3 well proportioned bedrooms, a spacious living area and two bathrooms, one en-suite.

We have two balconies the back balcony overlooks the 15th tee has the rising sun from 8:30am rights through to 4pm. The front balcony overlooks the 14th Fairway and has the sun from 3:30pm to when the sun goes down making the most of the warm nights. Enjoy breakfast in the back balcony overlooking the golf course or just enjoy the sun until midday the balcony has full luxury reclining sun bed and luxury dining set. Then move to our front balcony off of the living area to catch the lowering sun for evening drinks. Both balconies have a full set of outdoor furniture.

All bedrooms have single beds with the third having bunk-beds. All with ample storage facilities and each with Air Conditioning and heating if required. A large living area with dining area attached offers a relaxing space to enjoy.

The apartment has an underground secure garage perfect for driving cars laden with clubs to security and not having to unpack every time. Alternatively there are many packages within the area you can combine golfing packages with the freedom your own apartment can offer. The Marina de Vilamoura 5 minutes car journey from the apartments is the central hub of Vilamoura offering a variety of different shops and eateries located around it.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Vilamoura is a perfect location 12 months of the year. Close to over a dozen world class golf courses and miles upon miles of golden beaches.

A water park is close by and offers families a perfect day out. The climate builds throughout the year from a warm 18 degrees in January to a mind boggling 35 degrees in August. Albefuria is 20 minutes by car or taxi and offers activities from simple restaurants to line dancing if that's your thing.


Vilamoura / Millenium Golf area

The Apartment is located 5 minutes walk from Millennium and Laguna golf courses and 10 minutes walk from world class Victoria, host of the Portuguese Masters in October 2008. All aspects of Vilamoura are perfect for golfers and the apartment is a perfect base for all. Quinta do Lago, Vale Do Lobo, The Old Course, The Faldo and the O'Connor just to mention a few are all within a short drive from the apartment. You can visit Portugal and specifically Vilamoura play a different course every year for many years or just play your favourites.

A diverse mixture of cuisines from traditional Portuguese to Japanese fusion something for everyone. The Marina provide the ideal evening walk with bars and clubs you can stop off and enjoy the hospitality or just dream about owning one of the yachts!. The local beach 5 minutes from the apartment by car is Praia da Falesia beach offers one of the longest stretches of golden sand beach in Portugal and is overlooked by pine trees decorating the cliff tops. Over 8 km long, protected by a natural wall of red cliffs 30 m high. This is the place to go for relaxing strolls. The sheer size of Praia da Falesia beach guarantees plenty of space for everyone with the choice of sun beds and sunshades.

The apartment can be used as a perfect base to visit some diverse and cultural areas of Portugal . To the East Faro and Loule traditional Portugal at its best local markets selling everything from fresh fruit and fish to local goods made by locals.

To the West Albufuria only 15mins by car has the strip and much more. Silves about 40mins by car is steeped in culture with an old fortress in the village you can view and have a lunch within the grounds. Lagos is a stunning village right on the coast small stone streets with cafes and atmosphere perfect for a days visit.

The apartment offers you the best of both worlds the luxury and class of Vilamoura with the tradition of old Portugal not far away.



How to get there

Nearest airport if Faro airport all major low cost airlines flying direct to Faro. Easyjet, Flybe, Jet2, Globespan and Monarch all providing directs flights from all over UK. Roughly 2.5 hours from the UK this area offers a perfect climate for families and golfers.

Car hire is advisable www.zitautos.com provide good care hire at an affordable price. Apartment is 25 minutes from Airport and is located amongst most prestigious golf courses in the Algarve
