Absolutely fabulous villa, modern in concept and extremely spacious, Casa D'Avis offers the superb getaway yet you'll feel extremely at home in this cosmopolitan part of the Algarve.
Our villa is surrounded by calçada, shrubs, pretty flowers and plenty of tall majectic pine trees. To the back a mature garden with lush green lawn, a large rectangular pool with diving board, poolside shower, offering plenty of room for sunbathing and plenty of space to run and play games. A built-in BBQ for those tasty sardines, or try your own chicken piri-piri on the grill!
Tables and chairs for dining al fresco, what a wonderful way to enjoy a glass or two of extremely chilled "Vinho Verde" or prehaps one of Cliff Richard's Rose "Vida Nova" from his Vinyard in the Village of Guia.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
Placed on the extreme south-west of the Iberian Peninsula, it easily stands out from the rest of the country due to its peripheral situation, to the natural contrast between seashore and the mountains as well as to the excellence of its climate with mild temperatures all year round.

Vilamoura / Pinhal Golf Course area
Local Beaches - Our Villa is within easy driving distance to the Falesia Beach , To the East side of the Marina the Quarteria beaches can be reached also within 5 minutes drive. Vilamoura holiday activities include of course golf. There are many top class golf courses in the area. From our Villa, the Pinhal Golf Course is within easy walking distance, the Old Course 1Km, Laguna and Millennium 2Km, Vila Sol 2Km and the latest top European course The Victoria Course, 2Km. Golf club hire is available at all courses and there is a magnificent 'Butch Harmon' coaching facility close by to assist with your enjoyment. Along the whole coast of the Algarve magnificent golf course have been built and are in use throughout the year. The Algarve is a very popular and famous golfing location. There are Festivals held in Loulé and Quarteria in February. Every Wednesday there is the large Gypsy Market in Quarteira. How to get there
Our property is 20Km from Faro airport. Cheap flights are available to Faro airport with Easyjet, Flybe, Thomson, Ryanair, and Monarch. A Taxi from Faro to our property will cost 25-30 Euro's. A minibus Transfer for 8 of you will cost approx 45€ Pls Contact me for booking details. There are many car hire companies based at Faro airport, our recomendation is Autofirme who are very cost effective and provide and return the vehicle at the airport.

Further details indoors: All the bedrooms downstairs offer direct access to the pool area and lush green lawn, the bedrooms are all tastefully furnished to a high standard. Up the spiral staircase there is a galley overlooking the dining and sitting area, in this galley there is a private small lounge with a fireplace, a door leading off to a large sun-terrace with spectacular views of the golf course and towards the centre of Vilamoura, offering spectacular seaviews from the top terrace, spot the traditional Algarvian chimneys and learn the legend of the Almond blossom to right of the small lounge another tastefully furnished en-suite double bedroom with full bathroom. Majestic statues in bronze and marble adorn the downstairs lounge, enormous full lenght windows give a great amount of sunlight, glass top coffee tables and antique leather sofas. Dividing the spacious open plan sitting room and dining room a beautiful small interior garden with natural light, real exotic plants. A large fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and electric kettle,built in microwave and cooker, large fridge with wine and drinks cooler, plenty of work top space. Access to a small enclosed courtyard from the kitchen. Leading off the open plan sitting rooms direct access to a large terrace with table and chairs for eating Al Fresco under the glorious Algarvian sun, plenty of sunloungers and umbrellas dot around the enormous garden and a wonderful swimming pool with its own private shower and diving board.
Portable fans in all the rooms, Granite floors help keep the heat at bay. Satelite TV ( Sky free view ) is available from another small circular lounge. There is a Radio and CD player for the use of our guests, truly a home from home with a wonderful climate.
Further details outdoors: The villa is set in its own private grounds, electric gates and a calçaded driveway, surounded by majestic trees and flowering shrubs, a green lawn to the back, terraces, a large floodlit swimming pool (12m x 6 m), diving board, poolside shower, BBQ, sun lounges, umbrellas, tables and chairs for eating outside. Vilamoura is a great place if you want to cycle, the roads are well maintained to a high standard. Bike Hire is available, just ask Sarah our private representative, whom has worked in here in the Algarve and knows all the best places to visit, those hidden beaches and the best food in town, feel free to contact her to receive a list of the excursions we can organize, discounted golf packages or daily rates, tickets to the waterparks and Zoomarine - beat those madding queues thus giving yourselves more time and a stress free holiday.
Further details
A 25% deposit is required on booking confirmation and the final amount 8 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable deposit of £300 is required together with your final balance. On receipt of final payment directions and the code to the keysafe will be sent together with confirmation letter.
Conditions
Sadly due to the open spiral staircase, glass tables, expensive furnishing and deep unfenced swimming pool, Casa D'Avis is not suitable to families with young children. ( Under the age of 8 years ) Please state ages of children when booking.
