This luxury, modern, 2 bedroom apartment accommodates 4 adults comfortably. The apartment is in mint condition, comprising of living/dining room, 2 hallways, kitchen, outside utility area and two bedrooms, one en-suite and the other using house bathroom.

Located in the heart of the golden triangle. Within 20 minutes from Faro airport and a 5 minute drive from surrounding areas incl. Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Almancil and the buzzy restaurants and bars at the Vilamoura marina. The lively village of Quarteira is a short walk away with its popular beachfront promenade and famous market.

The condominium includes facilities such as a children's pool, main pool, jacuzzi, children's play area, tennis courts, gym with cardio, weights, dance studios, sauna and solarium. The popular Italian restaurant, ‘Tiramisu’ and snack bar. Alsakia is a 5 minute drive for several golden beaches.

Quarteira has a great water park, Aqua Show; a vibrant gypsy market every Wednesday and a wonderful long promenade with restaurants lining one side and golden sands stretching along the other.

Now within 5 minute walk is the new, five star, Vila Sol Shopping. Located at the entrance of the Vila Sol resort, this outdoor shopping centre with undercover parking, has a host of facilities, including, Pub, restaurants, coffee shop, bank, supermarket...and lots more! How to get there

There are several low cost airlines from all across Europe which fly into Faro International airport. The most popular include, Easy jet, Monarch, Brittania, Air Berlin, German Wings, Hapag Lloyd, BMI Baby, Sabina, British airways, aer lingus and Ryan air!

Your journey from the Faro airport to the apartment will take approximately 25 minutes and can accessed by the many airport taxis or by rent a car. The apartment is easily located.

The apartment is extrememly comfortable , with heating and air con throughout. The furnishings are superior to those of normal rental properties and with all your home comforts at hand, it's almost like a home from home in the sun!

There is comfortable seating on the terraces, with dining furniture. Terraces face s/w and east, sun am and pm. The pools can be found in the, lush, tropical gardens in the main condominium area. You will find here, a children's play area, children's pool, oversized, overflow pool, jacuzzi, 2 tennis courts and a fully equipped gym, with cardio, weights and two dance studios.

This apartment is strictly four occupancy only. It is a non-smoking apartment with smoking only permitted on balconies.

Conditions

Confirm booking by email. Deposit 20% (non-refundable), due within 5-7 days by bank transfer non-refundable. Balance due 10 weeks before start of holiday plus security deposit of 150 Sterling/Euros returned on departure.

Cancellation policy: up to10 weeks - no cancellation charge. 4-10 weeks - 50% of rate refunded. Less than 4 weeks - no refund.
