Newly built (finished late 2007) two bed apartment is situated within walking distance and just north of the Internationally renowned Vilamoura Marina and the Blue Flag Falesia beach. In arguably the best location in the complex with its south-west facing balcony, it looks out over the two swimming pools and out towards the Laguna golf course and the Falesia beach. Air conditioned and fitted out to the highest standards this apartment is an ideal base for either a relaxed sun holiday or alternatively an activity packed time. The apartment caters for both families with young children or people who wish to chill out by utilising the variety of sporting facilities that Vilamoura offers.
Some of the amenities that are close to hand include Kite Surfing, Surfing, Sea Fishing including Big Game, Sailing, Power boating and all varieties of water sports plus Tennis, Lawn Bowling, Shooting (including Clays) etc. Last but by no means least there is the close proximity of the five Vilamoura championship golf courses.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
Think of the Algarve and you think of sunshine breaks and relaxing holidays. With an annual average of 3000 sunshine hours, the Algarve is one of Europe’s sunniest places, and sees more sunshine than even California. The summer months will see 12 hours of sunshine per day on average and almost no rainfall.
Temperatures average 28ºC in July and August, though the mercury can rise to the mid 30s in the middle of the day. Being a coastal region, however, there are cooling sea breezes that sweep in off the Atlantic which are a welcome relief on the hottest days.
Spring and autumn are very pleasant times of year. For those looking for an active holiday this is perhaps the best time, as temperatures are much more comfortable.
Vilamoura area
Vilamoura is a purpose built resort where everything has been planned with your pleasure in mind. The huge range of activities makes it a very popular destination for families and groups seeking stress free fun. The Vilamoura area offers a fabulous diversity of experiences, from quiet pine forest ambles and Atlantic beaches to a Casino, shooting club, bowls, riding school, deep sea game fishing, water sports and an extensive choice of bars, restaurants and night clubs. One of the main attractions is the environmentally conscious development of the five championship golf courses which will provide a challenge to beginner and scratch golfer alike.
Vilamoura would not be complete without a trip to the internationally renown marina. In the streets surrounding this area can be found an extensive variety of restaurants and bars. People watching is almost mandatory in the child friendly bars and restaurants alongside the marina
From the apartment a gentle walk to the traditional neighbouring Portuguese resort of Quartiera with its fish and vegetable markets and long promenade is worthwhile.
Vilamoura also has a cinema with the latest English language films and slightly further afield can be found the Zoomarine, Aquapark and Gokarting facilities which may be a must for adults and children alike. Buses can be caught locally to either Faro or Albufeira or further afield..
The southern coastline consists of a long stretch of fabulous sandy beaches, broken up by extraordinary rugged cliffs and fantastic grottoes. As well as the extensive resorts along the coast of the area, by taking a short journey inland into the hills of the Algarve you will experience the parts of the region that few other tourists find. This brightly coloured region, with its fig trees, orange groves and almond trees in blossom, is well worth the visit if time allows.
How to get there
The nearest airport, Faro International, is approximately 22 Kms or 25 minutes from Vilamoura. Numerous scheduled flights and charters fly from airports throughout the UK/Ireland and Europe. Cheap scheduled flights are available, amongst others, from Easyjet, Ryanair, British Airways, Aer Lingus, BMI, TAP as well as charter airlines such as XL.com, Airtours, Spanair.com, Falcon/JWT etc. Airport Transfers can be arranged if required.

Dining table and six chairs with a sideboard. For your entertainment there is a television with Sky satellite plus a DVD player. In addition there is a CD player for your use. Leading of the lounge is a large south-west facing balcony with a table and 6 chairs for your alfresco meals. Master Bedroom and en suite. Airconditioned with a double bed and built in wardrobes. The en suite bathroom comes fitted with a Jacuzzi Shower, heated towel rail and wash hand basin. There is also a safe for your valuables. Guest Bedroom Airconditioned and fitted with two single beds and built in wardrobes. Bathroom Jacuzzi bath with shower fitting. Wash hand basin, heated towel rail and Bidet. Kitchen Fully fitted with all modern units and conveniences. Cooker, Hob, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer plus electric kettle, Toaster etc. There is also a comprehensive set of cooking utensils, cutlery glasses and crockery. Other A childs travel cot is supplied for guests use. You should supply your own bed linen although this is available at an extra charge. In addition there is a table attached childs chair for the smaller child. The apartment is equipped with a video security system and also has a private secure drying room. There are also sun loungers located beside the pool which are available exclusively for guests use. These are identified as belonging to the apartment.

We employ the services of an agent in the Vilamoura area to ensure that your stay in the apartment is enjoyable and that any problems that arise can be resolved with a minimum of difficulty.

The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday and Saturday nights
NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
1. Prices for the property are in Euros.
2. Verbal/email bookings will be held for 7 days.
3. 20% non refundable deposit required on confirmation of booking and the balance required 6 weeks prior to arrival.
4. €200 refundable breakage/damage deposit per booking is required with the balance. This will be refunded within 14 days of vacating the apartment.
5. Arrival day Normally - 1600 hrs - Departure 1000 hrs or by arrangement.
6. Towels and linens provided. Beach towels are not provided.
7. Maid service twice per week to include fresh towels and linen.
