OUR HOME FOR RENT: 1,200 Sqr foot BEACH Apartment on a PRIVATE resort, Located within the Vilamoura and Quarteira dividing line, WALK TO THE BEACH & (Vilamoura Town, Marina, and shopping ALL Walking Range of less than 10 minutes), 2 Unusually Large Bedrooms (One En-suite), two full baths, Sleeps 4/6, 2 Pools, private south facing veranda with Sea views overlooking the large pool, children's pool and landscaped gardens. 6 Golf Courses & Golf Academy within 10 mins drive, Marina 10 mins walk & 2 Beaches including Vilamoura Marina Beach and the Quarteira Promenade 2-5 mins level walk. The Best.

CLEANING SERVICE and clean towels (both indoor and for the beach) during your stay are included. So are the beach chairs and umbrellas as well as your own private pool lounges.

Full amenities, including CENTRAL AC, Plasma TV's English Channels, Computer/printer/fax, High Speed Internet, PRIVATE WIFI and 2 secure parking spaces.

Both couches open into aditional bedding. There is also a baby playpen/crib.

THIS IS THE MOST CENTRALY LOCATED SPOT THE VILAMOURA & QUARTEIRA COMBO AREA. From our home we can walk to everything important in less than 10 minutes (15 if you walk slowly).

Our local PRIVATE properly manager (good Irish friend Sarah) can show you all the hidden night life and fun spots as well as help you with golf reservations etc. She is fantastic at making sure our guests have the best holiday ever.

This is NOT some empty sterile rental apartment. This home is fully decorated with all the best furnishings and nicknacks. It is our Home away from home and it can be yours also.

All very large rooms and very sunny. everything new, clean and first class.

This is a most comfortable and centrally located cheery home away from home.

The entire place is bright and cheery and, every part of this home, very well decorated. Double French doors lead into the Great room with a Veranda overlooking the sea.

Besides the basic amenities such as Cable TV, there are lots of decorative touches throughout every room.

The apartment has a truly spacious modern feel with granite work tops and luxury appliances.

It looks and feels like a home because it is just that.

Crockery and cutlery is provided for 10, giving you a few spares for guests. have fun!

Under ground parking to keep that car cool in summer, shared pool and gardens all within the complex, making it ideal for families and golf parties alike.

Two main golden sand beaches and a vast array of facilities at the stylish and popular marina are within easy reach by walking about 5 to 10 minutes.

That means that we are a maximum of a 10 minute walk from everything that is important in both Vilamoura and Quarteira.

Our UK local rep can help you find all the good stuff. Her name is Sarah and she is very sweet and speaks several languages.

The journey time from Faro airport is about 30 minutes. The nearest supermarket is across the street, where there are also restaurants. The bus stops nearby, going to Faro and Albufeira. There are are tennis courts, lawn bowls, mini golf and 5 top golf courses in Vilamoura you can drive to or take a bus or even walk about 10 minutes.. There is a casino with a restaurant and live shows. All this is on the Vilamoura side.

Adjacent on our other side, the sleepy town of Quarteira awaits you with its fabulous Promenade (a must during the late evening), Beaches, Live Outdoor Music Concerts, Restaurants, and shopping.

A lot of people that come to the Vilamoura area miss out on the wonderful experience of Quarteira. Its beaches are stunning and there are hidden little boutique shops in the interior streets.

The seaside restaurants and bars are all very quaint but the best food is hidden away in the small streets away from the beach.

The promenade with is picturesque palm trees and shops is a Mecca for entertainers especially at night when large crowds gather so see performers and to sip a cool drink at one of the many spots.

During peak season on weekend nights there are outdoor live music concerts and dancing and carrying-on at the far end of the promenade to all hours of the night.

There are a lot more wonderful surprises hidden away in Quarteira so take the time to explore it.

The Algarve region

The Algarve is a popular destination for tourism, primarily because of its beaches, Mediterranean climate, safety and relatively low costs. The length of the south-facing coastline is approximately 155 kilometres. Beyond the westernmost point of Cape St. Vincent it stretches a further 50 kilometres to the north. The coastline is notable for picturesque limestone caves and grottoes, particularly around Lagos, which are accessible by powerboat. Praia da Marinha, Lagoa was classified as one of the 100 most beautiful and well preserved beaches of the world.


At the heart of Vilamoura is the marina which has the capacity to berth over 1,000 vessels. The marina is surrounded by large Hotels and Luxury holiday homes as well as a large casino and numerous restaurants and vibrant bars. At the far corner of the marina, it is possible to charter boats for big game fishing. There are also facilities for jet skiing and parascending. Close by there are also a number of sports clubs, a shooting range and many night clubs.

Tourism in Vilamoura is extensive and well-developed, with many different resorts with ratings from 3 star to 5 star. This is a substantially higher average than the surrounding areas, which have ratings varying from 2 star to 4 star. As a consequence of being mostly privately owned, the town is very opulently designed. The town/marina has an extensive variety of activities which are usually on Tuesdays, Thursdays and weekends. Activities include touring the local caves (on the coastline) which are nearer Albufeira rather than Vilamoura. This trip (cave) is usually performed by boats.

"Fantastic apartment in ideal location"

The apartment is everything it is advertised to be. This is clearly not just a rental property but a well cared for home from home. Having the beach towels provided was fantastic as it really cut down on our packing, its amazing just how much space they can take up. Anything that we could possibly need was provided.
The location is fantastic as well situated between Villamoura Marins and the prom in Quarteria, each just a nice walk away in the evening. The nearest beach is just minutes away and the kids relly enjoyed it, it never seemed to get too crowded and having the beach bags and umbrellas in the apartment was just great.
Two supermarkets less then a 2 minute walk away provideing all the essentials and a bigger one about a 5 minute drive.
We couldn't fault anything at all about the holiday and I would certainly recommend it to anyone

"Brilliant very comfortable home from home 100%"

This apartment have everything you need for a brilliant holiday. The bed linen towels crookery and everything you needed are in the apartment and are best quality. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone as the security was also excellent.
