Pure luxury best describes this 176 sq metres, this 3 bed, 3 bath ground floor apartment.

Fitted to the highest of standards there is marble flooring throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and a full sized plasma TV.

The apartment looks onto beautifully landscaped gardens at the heart of which is a large heated swimming pool, plus a separate children's' pool. 2 minute drive to the best splash and slide park in the Algarve.

Pure luxury best describes this apartment which our guests tell us is located in the top spot in Palmyra 1 as is gets all the evening sun. 3 large bedrooms each with their own bathrooms and only a 2 second walk to the heated pool of the complex. Very safe gardens where little people can run around in complete safety and the apartment is 5 minutes away from the nearest supermarket. It is also located in a 5 start Marriott Hotel development and on one of the most sought after golf courses in Portugal-Villa Sol. The driving range is 2 minutes walk away so for golf enthusiasts it could not be better. The amazing aqua park is a 5 minute drive from the apartment and kids absolutely love it. The private beach is about 15 mins away and there are shuttle buses running on the hour during high season. All our guests have loved their stay here. See our website for their feedback.

Beautiful private gardens surround this property . Its a small complex with only 50 units so it is quiet and peaceful especially outside of July and August . The apartment backs onto a beautiful golf course and is located near a five star hotel with a beautiful spa complex.

Algarve has great weather all year round but especially from May to October.

There is a water park 5 minutes from the apartment which will keep your kids happy for a entire day. there is go cart racing , dolphin excursions, boat trips , horse riding all within easy reach. For those that want to see more of the area a fantastic motor way brings you futher down towards lagos and you can drive to Spain which is only an hour away.

This is an ideal holiday location for families because there is something for to suit everyone’s taste.

For children there are tennis courts well managed kids clubs, pools and of course the idyllic beach all within walking distance of the apartment.

And for golf lovers the apartment is situated on one of the best courses the Algarve has to offer.

Faro is served by all the low cost airlines. Ryanair, Aer Lingus, Easyjet etc. and there is a regular service from many parts of Europe .Lucia apartment is about a 20 minute drive from the airport and is well serviced by all the taxi companies. The trip could not be easier or more convenient.

“Simple Luxury and Fabulous Fish” We stayed for a week in May - the weather was balmy without being opressive- the pool was perfect. We loved the space and how it was laid out - my husband adored the huge T.V and our two children couldn't believe how much space they had in the large bedroom. Everything worked like a dream - we ate out in a great shack with chicken and chips and apart from that sampled every fresh fish Portugal could offer -cooking on the barbeque and eating on the balcony as the sun went down. A week of revitalisation and family time - we were five days in Lisbon beforehand which was also fab and rented a car to get down to the Algarve. All in all - a peach of a family break.

“excellent apartment - perfect” I would definelty recoomend this apartment the beds were comfortable and the apartment was spotless . Our kids enjoyed playing in the safe copmplex and meet other kids. We felt the accomadation was 5 star. We will definelty return. The service was great we had no problems so we did not need any help.
