This very spacious, bright & airy 2 bedroom apartment sleeps 4 - 6 people very comfortably and is located in Praia Village, Vilamoura. Just almost two years old it is a mere 10 minute walk to the Marina of Vilamoura and a 15 /20 minute leisurely stroll to the blue flag Falesia beach and yet it's location is in a quiet residential area. It is also within 5 minutes drive of 5 Championship golf courses. The apartment has been decorated and equipped with the comfort of the holidaymaker of utmost importance. Facilities include aircon, flatscreen tv with sky, a DVD player, iPod music facility, books and games. The balcony is south facing and here you can enjoy the sunshine from lunchtime until sunset, it overlooks the pool and perfectly manicured gardens. This apartment has so much to offer all types of holidaymakers i.e. families, golfers, young couples, girlie holidays and the retired. Picture yourself relaxing here after a day sightseeing, sunbathing or golfing.........you won't be disappointed. The proximity of the apartment to both the Marina and the Falesia Beach is a great asset and we have had very positive feedback from clients during the 2009 season in this regard.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The algarve is situated in the south of Portugal on the south west tip of europe. The algarve climate is dominated by african weather and therefore offers a wonderful climate all year round. The area has much to offer with fine sandy beaches, top class golf courses, excellent restaurants, sightseeing , numerous children's activities and many historical places to visit.
Vilamoura / Vilamoura Marina area
Vilamoura is one of the main tourist destinations in the Algarve due to it's location around the marina of Vilamoura. This area has a fine selection of restaurants and bars both overlooking the marina and in the surrounding streets. It's proximity to Faro airport (20 mins drive) is a great asset for the holidaymaker be it for a short break or longer holiday. The area has much to offer for all age groups. There are watersport activities available and also cruises along the Algarve.
How to get there
The apartment is situated just 20 minutes drive from Faro airport on the N125. Daily flights operate to Faro airport from most UK, Irish and european airports. Car hire is available at the airport and we can advise on this on booking. We also offer a private taxi collection from the airport to Praia Village at a cost of approximately €30 euro. With flights from the UK and Ireland just over 2 hours and the short transfer thereafter, travel time to your holiday destination is at a minimum.

Further details indoors: The en suite bathroom has a jacuzzi shower and the main bathroom comes with a jacuzzi bath, both finished to a very high standard. There is ample storage space in the apartment and a drying room off the kitchen. Electric shutters are on all windows and doors. The kitchen is fully equipped with Siemens units. There are DVDs, board games and books in the apartment. A meet & greet service is offered for all clients arriving at Praia Village. There is a very comprehensive folder in the apartment offering information on activities in the area, local services, maps, restaurant cards, local golf courses and taxi numbers. All linen & towels are supplied with the exception of beach towels. Use of a cot, highchair, steriliser and baby monitor are offered to clients free of charge where necessary. The use of golf clubs can be arranged on request for clients wishing to take advantage of the magnificent golf courses in Vilamoura. Bicycles are also available for clients use if required.

A very good sized swimming pool together with a children's section is set in beautiful manicured gardens.
We have our own sunbeds for clients use by the pool at all times, avoid that early morning rush to secure one!

Normal check-in time is 4pm and departures are at 10a.m. however we will endeavour to accommodate clients to the best of our ability regarding check-in times to the apartment on arrival and departure times from the apartment to the airport especially those travelling with children.
Conditions
Verbal bookings will be held for seven days pending receipt of the booking deposit.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required on confirmation of booking and the remainder 6 weeks prior to the holiday date.
A €200 breakage/damage deposit (per booking) is required with the balance and this will be refunded within 7/10 days of vacating the apartment.

An absolutely fabulous apartment - by far the best we've ever stayed in! We stayed along with our 15 month old baby. Wonderfully light and spacious - the baby had so much fun exploring the apartment! There was nothing more we could have asked for in the kitchen - fully equipped with high quality appliances. The pool area was well kept, and again felt very spacious. The location was excellent - an easy 15 minute stroll into the marina with a pushchair. A superb apartment which contributed to a wonderful holiday - thank you very much! This apartment is lovely & spacious in a very convenient area of Vilamoura. We stayed there in June with my daughter, her husband and their 7 month old baby girl. The apartment had all the necessary equipment for a baby including travel cot, high chair and even a steriliser. Bedrooms are big with very comfortable beds and the apartment is beautifully decorated. We had a fantastic holiday and will go back again. Martin & Margaret Power - June 2009.

Deirdre organised a cab to pick us up from the airport, recommended a variety of different restaurants and bars to try, offered us golf clubs to use on the local courses and bicycles to view more of the local area. We had a lovely time and the apartment was fabulous, very modern and spacious. It was beautifully equipped with all furnishings and equipment top quality. The personal touches such as a good supply of books and DVDs was great. The beds were so comfortable, like a home from home. The pool area was also excellent and the fact that the apartment has it's own sunbeds means no more getting up early to grab a sunbed.
