This spacious 2 bedroom apartment which sleeps 4 - 6 people very comfortably is located in Praia Village, Vilamoura. A brand new complex which is only 10 minutes walk from the Marina and 15 /20 minutes of a leisurely stroll to Falesia beach but yet in a quiet residential area. It is also within 5 minutes drive of 5 Championship golf courses. The apartment has been decorated and equipped with the comfort of the holidaymaker of utmost importance. Facilities include aircon, flatscreen tv, DVD player, iPod music facility, books and games. The balcony is south facing and overlooks the pool and perfectly manicured gardens. This apartment has so much to offer all types of holidaymakers i.e. families, golfers, young couples, girlie holidays and the retired. Picture yourself relaxing here after a day sightseeing, sunbathing or golfing.........you won't be disappointed.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The algarve is situated in the south of Portugal on the south west tip of europe. The algarve climate is dominated by african weather and therefore offers a wonderful climate all year round. The area has much to offer with fine sandy beaches, top class golf courses, excellent restaurants, sightseeing , numerous children's activities and many historical places to visit.

Vilamoura / Vilamoura Marina area

Vilamoura is one of the main tourist destinations in the Algarve due to it's location around the marina of Vilamoura. This area has a fine selection of restaurants and bars both overlooking the marina and in the surrounding streets. It's proximity to Faro airport (20 mins drive) is a great asset for the holidaymaker be it for a short break or longer holiday. The area has much to offer for all age groups. There are watersport activities available and also cruises along the Algarve.

How to get there

The apartment is situated just 20 minutes drive from Faro airport on the N125. Daily flights operate to Faro airport from most UK, Irish and european airports. Car hire is available at the airport and we can advise on this on booking. We also offer a private taxi collection from the airport to Praia Village at a cost of approximately €27 euro.
With flights from the UK and Ireland just over 2 hours and the short transfer thereafter, travel time to your holiday destination is at a minimum.

The en suite bathroom has a jacuzzi shower and the main bathroom comes with a jacuzzi bath, both finished to a very high standard. There is ample storage space and a drying room off the kitchen.
Electric shutters on all windows and doors.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Siemens units.
There are DVD's, board games and books in the apartment.
We offer a meet & greet service upon your arrival at the apartment.

Conditions

Verbal bookings will be held for 7 days. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required on confirmation of booking and the remainder 8 weeks prior to the rental date. A €200 breakage/damage deposit (per booking) is required with the balance and this will be refunded with 7/10 days of vacating the apartment.
