About the home

The apartment is a new large (1,200 square foot) 2-bed, 2-bath top floor apartment, with lift. One of just 42 high quality apartments in the Praia Village complex, it sleeps 4/6 people in air conditioned comfort. The spacious living room has modern furniture with an extra single-action double sofa bed and 32 flatscreen TV. Double doors from the master bedroom and living area lead to 2 southwest facing balconies with lovely views. Here you can relax and catch the sun from morning until evening overlooking the communal pools and gardens. If you are tired after a day in the sun, then try the Jacuzzi bath or steam shower enclosure in the en-suite. A large separate kitchen has modern Siemens appliances to further enhance your stay. Lift access to all floors from underground car park and ground floor.

LIVING AREA
Extra large living room with two comfortable sofas one of which, with a single action, converts to a full double bed.
32" flat screen TV with SKY/FREEVIEW. DVD player with a selection of DVD titles to suit both adults and children. CD player with a selection of CDs. Books.
Double sliding doors lead to our spacious sunny balcony with table and chairs for al fresco dining overlooking the pools and garden with further views towards the south west to the Laguna Golf Course.

KITCHEN
Beautiful modern kitchen equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. Top quality Siemens appliances oven, hob, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave and the all important dishwasher! Large amount of crockery, cutlery, etc.,

BEDROOMS
Master bedroom with en-suite featuring a luxury hydro-massage steam shower enclosure. Large wardrobe with electronic safe, dressing table and mirror. This bedroom also features its own balcony with chairs for that early morning cup of coffee overlooking the pools and garden or that quiet glass of wine in the evening!
2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, large wardrobe, dressing table and mirror.

MAIN BATHROOM
This bathroom features a large jacuzzi bath. Overhead shower, heated towel rail and bidet.

OTHER
Cot, Highchair and Steriliser available at no extra charge.

If you are unfamiliar with the Vilamoura estate, it is Portugal’s premier holiday destination. The 1,000 berth Marina de Vilamoura is the focal point and offers cruises, sailing and fishing as well as many quality shops, bars and restaurants. All the normal beach activities are available but for the ultimate in relaxation, try a 4-poster bed on the Marina beach. The Vilamoura estate boasts 5 famous golf courses and the Oceanico Victoria Club de Golf regularly hosts European events. Faro airport is only 20 minutes away and private pickup or discount car hire can be arranged. Flight time to Faro is only c.2½ hours from the UK and Ireland. All year sunshine coupled with numerous daily flights makes Vilamoura a convenient holiday or short break destination for all ages and tastes.

Sorry I meant to email you, been tied up with usually daily grind as soon as we got back. Had a lovely holiday, your apartment is lovely, very peaceful.
The outlook from the balcony which we spent many a breakfast and afternoon sitting on, was also beautiful. Thank you again for the loan of your bikes, myself and my daughter went out on them. we had to adjust the seats a little. We walked to the marina and if it was late at night we picked up a taxi. We hopefully will be returning next year. Thanks again for everything.

Thank you so much we had a lovely few days.The apartment was perfect and the groceries made life so easy. I have never stayed anywhere that was so well equipped....especially dish cloths, beach towels etc....and the two cork screws!!! We sampled many local wines on the balcony.!!! The apartment is so well positioned for the beach we will be back.! if you let us.

Good morning Carol. Just a quick note to say thank you for the lovely stay that we had at your apartment. It is very well positioned and really spacious and well furnished. Although there were 5 of us, we never felt on top of each other and would certainly recommend it to any of our family or friends who are considering a holiday to the Algarve. I would also like you to pass on our thanks to Lynda for not only her intro to the apartment but for the inconvenience that was caused to her as we had a bag lost on the way in and were delayed in getting to Vilamoura. Also for interpreting my problems when I went to the police station after losing my wallet on the first day - it wasn't the best start to the holiday but I think that the pleasure that we had staying was testament to the accommodation as the early set backs were very soon forgotten and all had a great time. Again many thanks and we will certainly be in touch if we are considering another apartment holiday to the area in the not too distant future.
