About the home

The apartment is a new large (1,200 square foot) 2-bed, 2-bath top floor apartment, with lift. One of just 42 high quality apartments in the Praia Village complex, it sleeps 4/6 people in air conditioned comfort. The spacious living room has modern furniture with an extra single-action double sofa bed and 32 flatscreen TV. Double doors from the master bedroom and living area lead to 2 southwest facing balconies with lovely views. Here you can relax and catch the sun from morning until evening overlooking the communal pools and gardens. If you are tired after a day in the sun, then try the Jacuzzi bath or steam shower enclosure in the en-suite. A large separate kitchen has modern Siemens appliances to further enhance your stay. Lift access to all floors from underground car park and ground floor.

Master bedroom with en-suite featuring a luxury hydro-massage steam shower enclosure. Large wardrobe with electronic safe, dressing table and mirror. This bedroom also features its own balcony with chairs for that early morning cup of coffee overlooking the pools and garden or that quiet glass of wine in the evening!
2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, large wardrobe, dressing table and mirror.

The Vilamoura estate boasts 5 famous golf courses and the Oceanico Victoria Club de Golf regularly hosts European events. Faro airport is only 20 minutes away and private pickup or discount car hire can be arranged. Flight time to Faro is only c.2½ hours from the UK and Ireland. All year sunshine coupled with numerous daily flights makes Vilamoura a convenient holiday or short break destination for all ages and tastes.

“A lovely break in the sun” We are just back from a fantastic week staying in this beautiful apartment. The location is ideal - just a 10 minute walk from all the action at the marina and also the nearby family golf park which our kids loved. The apartment itself was just perfect - so spacious and comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi bath and the sauna shower! Good communication from the owner prior to our departure made the whole holiday go very smoothly. We would def stay here again!

“Fabulous time....” We stayed at Carols apartment for 9 nights from 25th September. Although the first couple of days where a little cloudy the sun soon shone and we had a fantastic time. The apartment is spacious, spotless and has everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. The walk into the Marina was pleasant and we even walked back every evening to work of the great food we had eaten. The pool area is lovely, there are plenty of communal sunbeds although Carol has some extra for her guest use should they be taken. I would not hesitate to use this property again.

“Wonderful” This was our first time to Portugal and we loved it, the Apartment was fantastic it has everything you need. Its spacious and comfortable. The shower with all its jets was very pleasant after a day in the hot sunshine. Very much enjoyed the balconies having early evening drink watching the sun go down. The pool area is lovely with lots of grass and flowers and plenty of sunlounger, we did not need the ones provided with the apartment. The apartment is in a great area, far enough away from the Marina and an easy 20 min walk (max). The beeches were lovely too and with the advantage of bikes we found a great beach at Praia dos Tomates, its about 25 min ride away but worth it. I would recommend this beautiful part of the world and lovely apartment to everyone. We will definatly return another year. Thanks Carol and Lynda.

“Perfect !” Carol, has thought of everything you could need, and more, to make it a perfect holiday. The apartment itself is a real home from home and can't find fault in any thing. The complex is well maintaned and located in a quieter part of Villamoura but we enjoyed the 20 min walk to Marina in evening. Having never booked independantly before Carol made the whole process so easy, and with Lynda on hand any problems were sorted quickly. Will definately be back next year! Thanks The Sharps

“Excellent location, fantastic apartment would recommend!” Having regularly stayed in the Old Village this was a new area for us, we were not disappointed, this apartment is just a short walk from the Marina in a quiet location. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome pack and Carol has a welcome book to give you ideas on the best places to go. The apartment itself was large and even better than the pictures on the website, very clean and all mod cons. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this as a great place to holiday, thank you Carol .
