The apartment is located just 5 minutes drive from the beach, 25 minutes walk through beautiful landscaped gardens into Vilamoura. Quiet and peaceful, yet only a few minutes from the marina in Vilamoura, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

The apartment benefits from an outdoor pool and gardens. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with countryside views, furnished with table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. Built-in BBQ and sink complete the outdoor dining experience. With one double bedroom and a twin bedroom, the property is ideal for your holiday, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Pateos do Golfe is a lovely new complex with two out door pools (adult and child), landscaped gardens lit up at night time. There is plenty of space in this large apartment. It is tiled throughout giving that cool relaxed feeling. There are 6 famous golfcourses closeby where you can enjoy a coffee and watch the golf. Bike hire is easily arranged and a real treat because of the sense of freedom, the cycle into the Vilamoura is beautiful. There is secure underground parking for 2 cars.

Only a few minutes walk from 6 world famous Golf courses eg Victoria, Old Course. There is a golf and tennis academy and an equestrian centre a few minutes drive away and the children can enjoy the Adventure Centre in Vila Sol which is about 10 minutes drive away.
The walk around the Marina is so enjoyable where you can 'people and yacht watch', enjoy a nice beer or vino at one of the many bars and cafes and there are many designer shops to choose from. The local beaches are very clean and well kept with lifeguards patrolling the beaches.

-Deposit of €200 or £150 required to secure your booking--the balance is due 6 weeks before you commence your holiday. On arrival at the apartment a damage deposit of €200 for party of 2 or €300 for party of 3/4 is payable to the agent, Nathalie. This is refunded to you on the day you leave once an inspection of the apartment by Nathalie is carried out and on condition no serious damage is done eg damage to leather suite etc.

Water sports are naturally big here in addition to dinghy sailing, there is paragliding, scuba diving, snorkeling, water skiing, jet skiing, windsurfing and shark and marlin fishing.
Surrounded by 7 golf courses of the highest calibre, and a Casino within a few minutes drive.
