Home description

This well equipped, light and spacious apartment can sleep up to six persons in two large double bedrooms which can both be made up as either largesuperking doubles or twin rooms, together with a large sofabed in the main living area. The apartment is fully equipped with everything that you will need and has a large sitting and dining area and spacious balcony complete with table and chairs which overlooks the pools and garden areas.
As the apartment is serviced by a lift which goes down into the basement for the underground carpark, it is suitable for all ages or a wheelchair. We include a substantial free welcome pack.

Whilst ideally located for golfers as the Millenium and Laguna golf courses are both within walking distance with a further 3 golf courses within 5min drive, together with the supergolf academy. This first floor apartment will also appeal to families who will enjoy the large swimming pool complete with jacuzzi and also a small separate pool for young children. Sun loungers and umbrellas are all provided around the pool. The main marina at Vilamoura together with two fabulous beaches are all within a 5 minute drive of the apartment.

There is a small supermarket and restaurant within walking distance. The clubhouse at the Laguna/Millenium golf course also does very good meals.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve is a lovely area blessed with some lovely blue flag beaches, many golf courses and some unspoilt villages away from the main tourist area. The Algarve is known for its warm temperature which lasts for most of the year, and is ideal for a holiday at any time of the year.

There is something to appeal to all tastes, from small fishing villages to the international marina at Vilamoura with a wealth of watersports.

For those wishing to travel further afield, Spain can be reached easily.


Vilamoura / Millenium Golf area

Vilamoura is an impressive purpose built resort with a wealth of facilities which will appeal to all tastes. There are numerous restaurants and bars around the marina, offering all types of food. The marina comes alive of an evening and it is great to stroll round or sit in a bar and people watch. Vilamoura Casino offers a variety of evening entertainment. Supermarkets and banks can be found in Vilamoura. The large Algarve shopping centre on the EN125 can be reached within 20 mins by car. This includes a large supermarket, boutiques and a cinema complex which shows English films, together with a wide variety of restaurants.

There are various leisure facilities including several water parks, boat trips, fishing, horse riding and tennis within easy driving distance.
The Vila Sol complex can be reached within a 10 minute drive, complete with golf course and a very nice clubhouse. Please also try the Vila Sol Spa, with 28 treatment rooms, there is something for everyone.

This is a golfer's paradise - the Algarve was awarded the top destination for golf enthusiasts for 2006. The apartment complex overlooks the Millennium golf course and within a 5 mins drive are a further 5 national/international golf courses and the supergolf academy. There are more golf courses within a 15 mins drive at Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. As owners of the apartment we can obtain a discount on the local golf courses for our guests. If you want to play everyday, it will be worthwhile pre-booking a bulk package to maiximise discount. We can recommend a website.

The apartment is an easy 25 minute drive from Faro Airport. All the major companies fly into Faro and cheap flights can be obtained with Easyjet, Flybe, Thomson, Ryanair, Monarch and also British Airways. The flight normally takes less than 3 hours from the UK.

All the major hire car companies have offices at the airport, including Hertz, Avis and Sixt, or we can arrange a private car transfer for you from €30.00 one way. Holiday Autos normally has some good deals for cheap hire cars.

We have tried to make the apartment as comfortable as possible, drawing on our own experiences of renting in the past. So we have provided good quality bedding and towels as well as other quality furniture. We also provide a welcome pack at no additional cost to help get you through the first day and to welcome you to the apartment.

The apartment has air conditioning to the main living area and to both bedrooms, this can be used for heating during the cooler winter months. There is also an inbuilt surround sound system.

All the beds are very comfortable and as the they are 3ft singles are more than suitable for adults. There are also 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite to the main bedroom. The main living area has two comfortable leather sofa's and is equipped with flat screen TV, cable TV, DVD player and this opens onto a large balcony complete with table and chairs which overlooks the swimming pool. Perfect for breakfast and lunch in the sun. There is also a fully equipped large kitchen complete with all the amenities you could require, with a washing machine/dryer in the utility area.

We supply a large number of DVD films suitable for all ages, together with a selection of paperbacks and travels guides for the area.

A cot can be provided at an extra cost of £15.00pw.

There is a security phone system for entry to the apartment complex.

The apartment comes complete with two underground parking spaces.

Further details outdoors:
There is a large sunny balcony reached by large glass doors which has a large table and seating for 6, this overlooks the swimming pools.

The second bedroom also has a small balcony which overlooks the Millenium Golf Course.

There is a large swimming pool set in a lovely garden, which is complete with a jacuzzi and outside shower. There is also a small children's pool. Sunloungers and umbrellas are all provided.

Part of the Millenium Golf course runs along the side of the complex.


Further details

Our welcome pack is supplied free of charge on arrival for all bookings of 7 days or more, this includes all the basics that you will need for the first day. For short stays we can supply a welcome pack for an additional charge of £15.00.

You will be met at the apartment by our english agent who will show you around before handing over the keys, he can also advise you on the local facilities etc.

The bed linen and towels are normally changed at a minimum of 7 days, depending on the length of your stay. This can be amended with prior arrangement.

The apartment is also cleaned every week.


Conditions

No smoking permitted inside the apartment. Although this is permitted outside only on the balcony.

Whilst the normal changeover day is a saturday, we try to be as flexible as possible as we know that it is often much cheaper to fly midweek. The minimum rental period in the main summer weeks is seven days.

A security deposit of £150.00 is taken, and we aim to return this subject to any deductions for breakages within 14 days of your return.

A 25% non refundable deposit required on booking. Balance and security deposit of £150 payable 8 weeks before departure. Bookings within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday must be paid in full at time of booking. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of the end of the holiday subject to any deduction for damages. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
