Local amenities of Supermarket/Restaurants/Bars/Cafe are within 5 minutes walk.

All the facilities in the partment are new with the furnishings to a very high standard. Satellite TV is included. Airconditioning is to all the living areas which has the ability to heat or cool depending on the season. The kitchen is fully equipped for comprehensive self catering.

One of the key features of the apartment is the private garden area which adjoins the terrace. The garden is grassed and is bordered by 1.5m high hedge, this gets the sun from 1a am until 6:00pm during the day and provides a nice area away from the communal pool to sunbathe should you want a bit of privacy
The condominium has a huge pool which incorporates a children's pool. This is set within 7000sqm of lanscaped gardens. There is also a children's play area. The condominium also benefits from being gated which provides extra security with walls around the entire grounds. There is ample parking plus secure underground parking with an allocated space for the apartment.

We employ an english speaking manager for the apartment who arranges the cleaning and will act as your first point of contact to deal locally with any queries/questions/concerns you may have during your stay at the apartment.
Cleaning and linen change is once per week.

The Algarve is well known for its golf courses and also for the many coastal resorts and traditional fishing villages. The Atlantic location means although very hot in June, July and August, the heat is not overpowering. The climate remains warm in Spring and Autumn, and over winter you get warm days, but the nights are noticeably cooler this makes this time of year near perfect for golf.
The Vilamoura / Condominio Do Golfe II area
Vilamoura - midway between Albufeira and Faro in Central Algarve – is considered by many to be the ultimate Algarve tourist resort combining the traditional and cosmopolitan. Golf
Vilamoura boasts 6 golf courses, Laguna, Millennium, The Old Course, Pinhal, Victoria and Vila Sol - all easily accessible from the apartment. Tee times can either be booked directly at the club house or through one of the numerous booking agencies. Rental of clubs, buggies and shoes is available but it is strongly recommended to book in advance.
Beaches
Faleisia beach is about 1 mile from the apartment which is a 15 minute walk (if you drive there is ample parking). The beach is immaculate golden sand stretching for approximately 5 miles. There are sun loungers and parasols to rent and beach bars are placed at regular intervals which are all of a high standard offering toasties to full seafood dishes.
Water sports
The water sports centre is in the marina offering; Shark and Big Game fishing, waterskiing, parasailing, jetskiing, cruises and boat hire including luxury motor-yacht hire.

The main low cost airlines, Easyjet, Monarch, Ryanair, JET2 etc.. fly throughout the week from many UK airports Car hire is not esential with Apartment Laural as the airport is only a 20 minute taxi ride of approx 30 euros. Once at the Apartment there is a road train every 30 minutes that runs until 10.00pm which picks up within 500 meters of the Marina and visits the beach and marina. A taxi ride to and from the Marina costs no more than 5 euros. Tha Marina and Faleisia beach are walkable in about 15 minutes at a normal pace.

My wife and family have just returned from our second visit to this apartment and we loved it just like the last time! The facilities are excellent, modern, nicely furnished and well equipped. We love the pool area with the imaculate gardens and with with its brilliant baby pool for our daughter (18 months), and the opportunity for our older sons (5) and (7) to make friends in the huge communal pool. The location of the apartment is superb, quiet and relaxing but close enough to get to the hussle and bustle of the Marina with a short walk or inexpensive (4 Euro) taxi ride. We went to the beach a few times this year which was great, the local beach Falesia is very close by and very clean with nice snack bars and restaurants and also public toilets (also clean). We also went to ZooMarine again which we would recommend for children of all ages. A lovely holiday, we will be back again in the future. |

Had a short break here,the apartment is well furnished and equipped and only a hop and skip from the pool.Communication from the owners was excellent and deposit refunded promptly.A little bit isolated from the action but a short taxi ride or a brisk walk takes you to the Marina where it all happens.Would stay again and recommend. |

The apartment totally lived up to its description, very spacious, nice modern furnishings, but very practical so no worries about our little ones knocking into fragile things and breaking them. The kitchen had everything we needed for when we ate in. For us the direct access to the pool from the ground floor was a real bonus as we could easliy move to and from the apartment. The pool was amazing, very large and really clean, nice children's bit, with lots of loungers and sun shades round the outside for people to use. We liked the fact the apartment had a private garden which gave us some privacy when we wanted to have that, also we used it to BBQ which the owners also provided. The apartment is located about 15 minutes walk from the Marina. The walk to the Marina was very nice down through a landscaped footpath and not as far as we thought it would be, as we stayed down there late we usually got a taxi back, which was convenient and not expensive. There was an very large choice of restaurants and bars in the Marina, some were quite expensive but mostly they were very affordable and the food good, the service sometimes got a bit slow because of the amount of people they were trying to serve also we got in the habit of booking as the reatuarants could get quite full. Booking the apartment was very easy, the owner was very helpful in making sure all our questions were answered before we booked as we had never been to Vilamoura before, the apartment guide he sent us was really good and helped us plan our stay. We really enjoyed it and would go back again |
