Built in one of the most desirable areas of the Algarve on Pinhal golf course, designed to offer comfortable and spacious accommodation, the villa is beautifully furnished and comes fully equipped with all the comforts you will need. The property sleeps six adults, plus cot space if required. There is a separate kitchen with an open plan dining-room and living room area. The modern kitchen has a kettle, microwave, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, and washing machine.
The villa also has satellite TV, and a DVD player. The master bedroom is spacious with an en suite bathroom and there are two other bedrooms which share one large family bathroom. In addition there are two separate W.C's. one on each floor. Enjoy the privacy of your own roof terrace/patio/balcony area on which you can sunbathe during the day in between taking a dip in the pool . There is a garage and adequate parking on site for another two cars. If you and your family like a beach holiday, then within a 5 minute drive you will find miles of golden sandy beaches, all of which have facilities for refreshments, snacks or a light meal. Parking in Vilamoura is very easy and there are facilities near the beach for your vehicle to be in the shade during the day.
Vilamoura town has ample newsagents, supermarkets and gift shops for all your needs along with an array of internationally renowned clothing and jewelery shops.
For keen golfers , there are another 5 high quality golf courses in easy reach within 3kms. Furthermore , there are tennis courts and various other sporting activities available locally which include fishing and other water sports.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
Vilamoura has good sports facilities, miles of sandy beach, restaurants, shopping – and certain sophistication, too. It Is located 22km west of Faro, with focus on a 615-berth Marina, the whole area is maintained to the highest standards .
There are two main beaches - Marina beach and Falesia beach. Both have lovely golden sands with facilities including snack bars, sun beds and umbrellas. The Marina has plenty of shops including some fashion boutiques. There are copious opportunities for souvenirs and handicraft . The nightlife is lively, cosmopolitan and varied, with bars, cafes, clubs and restaurants.
Enjoy evening strolls around the Marina where there are plenty of international cafés for refreshment and great opportunities for people-watching. Located north west of Vilamoura are protected areas offering good walks although you'll find yourself watching wildlife rather than yachtsmen! This could be the destination for you if plentiful activities, a good beach and lively evenings amount to a great holiday.
Vilamoura / Pinhal Golf Course area

Further details outdoors: Everything is to hand here for a wonderfully relaxing, or energetic holiday. The villa is just 2km from the centre of Vilamoura, 25km north west of Faro and 14km south of Loule.
Vilamoura offers a superb range of sport and leisure facilities including a casino and cinema. The Marina is popular, even for the most serious of sailers, and the beautiful surroundings provide a superb backdrop for the annually held boat show. Near to the marina there is a large sandy beach. In winter, golfers are attracted by the mild climate and Vilamoura`s five top class golf courses. It is a lively and interesting place to be any time of year and yet, by contrast, close by there is a 200 hectare nature reserve dedicated to the protection of endangered species.
