Terracos do mar is situated in a quiet residential area. The complex is secure with gardens, a shared pool and there is also a children's pool. The apartment consists of a fully fitted quality kitchen with breakfast bar. The main living area provides two sofa beds for additional sleeping. There is a separate bedroom which is small but comfortable. The apartment is decorated and furnished to a high standard. There is a small seating area overlooking the pool at the apartment entrance.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve is a beautiful region of Portugal, it is home to some of Europes finest golf courses and is famous for the many sandy beaches. It has a temperate climate all year round and boasts over 300 days of sunshine. Even in the low season it can be warm enough to sunbathe.
Vilamoura area
Vilamoura Marina is the largest in Europe and has numerous shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. It also has a a casino and cinema. The next town is Quarteira which is within walking distance from the apartment. It has a beautiful promenade lined by many shops and cafes on one side and golden sands on the other. There is a gypsy market every Wednesday and a market selling local produce which opens daily. Just a short taxi ride away you can visit the Aquashow, just recently updated and very popular with families. Vilamoura offers a wide range of activities including water sports, fishing, cycling and golfing. There is a bus service in Vilamoura enabling visits to other parts of the area.

Transfer time from Faro Airport approximately 20 minutes by taxi, available on leaving airport.

Conditions
Changeover day is flexible. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with a full payment 8 weeks before departure.
Rental Conditions
1. Minors: We are unable to accept booking from anyone under the age of 21 years.
2. Owner Liability: No liability is accepted for injury, loss or damage to guests and/or their belongings, damage by or to any third party or for damage to any motor vehicle or its contents.
3. Hire Responsibility: The hirer is responsible for taking care of the property during their stay. Any equipment and contents must be left clean and tidy on departure, with the exception of linen and towels. The property must be securely locked when leaving and care must be taken not to expose the property to any fire risk
4. Damage: Any damage/breakages are the responsibility of the hirer and the cost is based on replacement value, payable on demand. The owner reserves the right to reposess the property at any time where serious damage has been caused.
5. Keys: Keys are the responsibility of the hirer, and as such a refundable charge of £15 will be applied and payable with the balance of your holiday. This cost will be refunded upon return of the keys at the end of your stay.

Dear Mr and Mrs Smith Simply a lovely holiday! A cosy, well equipped apartment located in a secure, peaceful, relaxing setting with good sized communal pool and splash pool. A pleasant stroll to the charming and pituresque yet vibrant and cosmopolitan marina. Vilamoura is a place to which you will definitely want to return. Mr. Walsh, West Yorkshire.
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Smith Just a short message to say how much we enjoyed ourselves once again in Vilamoura. The weather was really good to us and as usual your apartment was up to it's usual high standard. I think what makes Vilamoura ideal for us is the location of your apartment, which we have found to be nice and quiet and a lovely place to retreat to it it gets too hot. You also have the use of the pool if you want to use it or you can just lose yourself with a good book and a cold drink on the balcony, and in the evening we enjoy the short stroll down to the harbour and back for our evening meal at one of the many reataurants down there.

Dear Alan and Catherine We had an exellent family holiday in Vilamoura in summer 07 staying at your apartment. The facilities were very well-appointed, spacious and clean, expecially the well-stocked kitchen. our boys (aged 7 and 3) were delighted with the clean and quiet pool and took full advantge of the toys and games you left for guests to use. The apartment complex was quiet, the people were very friendly and shaded parking was available on site. The town centre and beach were a 15 minute stroll away through palm- tree lined avenues. When not enjoying the soft sand at Vilamoura we were spoilt for choice by the water parks and other beaches withn easy reach by car. When eating out, we most often walked to Vilamoura harbour, where we could choose from a huge variety of restaurants, where families were always welcome. Hi Catherine Just to say we had a wonderful time at Terracos do Mar. The apartment is in a really good location, within walking distance to the marina and to the beach. There are lovely restaurants nearby. The icing on the cake was coming back to watch english tv after a long day.
