The apartment is in one of three blocks within a condominium complex that has a private garden with swimming pool and tennis court and secure underground parking, with a lift to all floors. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Vilamoura, but only a short distance away from shops, restaurants, the beach and the Marina. It has a fully equipped kitchen and benefits from air-conditioning in all main rooms.

The Algarve region

The Algarve is the perfect holiday destination because it really does have something for everybody. Vilamoura area

Vilamoura is the name given to an area rather than to any actual town. Due to the size of the resort area it offers the visitor nearly every form of sport and entertainment. On the southern border is a long sandy beach swept by the Atlantic Ocean. Amongst the many attractions and facilities there are six different Golf Courses, a large Marina, a Lawn Bowling Club with two grass Rinks, a Tennis Centre, a Sports Club, a Shooting Club, Night Clubs, an International Casino with glamorous shows, a Cinema, and an excellent Riding School.

Vilamoura, and our apartment, is about a 20 minute drive from Faro airport. All major airlines - including the low-cost ones - fly to Faro. There are plenty of car rental companies at the airport or you can take a taxi for around €25.

Living/Dining room has 2 luxurious leather sofas and an LCD TV, DVD player and CD player. There is an extendable dining table and 6 chairs. For the cooler winter months there is heating and a log burning fire. Each bedroom has twin beds and there are 2 extra folding camp beds that are suitable for children that can be set up in the living room and one of the bedrooms. There is a lift from the underground car park and the entrance hall to all floors and a ramp at the main door to the building.

The apartment is located within a private garden that has a swimming pool, and kiddies pool, as well as a tennis court. There is a good sized terrace, accessed from the living room, with a table and chairs that is bathed in sunshine from mid afternoon onwards.

Changeover will normally be a Saturday but this can be altered subject to availability. Please ask. Bed linen and towels (but not pool or beach towels) included. The price includes a weekly cleaning service and change of linen and towels. Additional cleaning and changes can be arranged at extra cost. This is a no smoking apartment.


Conditions

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. A refundable security deposit of £200 is payable with the final balance, which is due 8 weeks before arrival.
