The apartment is light, spacious and spread over two floors and has air conditioning throughout to keep you cool in the hot summer months. Fully fitted modern style kitchen with granite worktops, fridge freezer, hob, oven, integrated dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.

Large open plan lounge with two double patio doors leading to balcony with table and chairs. Plasma screen with Sky and all the English channels including children's channels. Dining room table and chairs.

3 double bedrooms all fully fitted and 2 luxury bathrooms.

To make this townhouse a place where you want to return again, you have the beach across the street and just outside the best restaurants, bars, nice shops, casino, cinemas and more.

A fundamental element is that you are in the centre, but in a silent place because the bedrooms have a garden view.

The house enjoys the use of a communal pool with enclosed gardens.

With its fantastic views and everything Vilamoura has to offer, you can spend a fabulous holidays in an elegant and comfortable atmosphere without hiring a car and just enjoying a walk to all the local attractions.

Vilamoura Marina has everything you could want within walking distance, your holiday can be as quite as you like, or as lively as you like, perfect for grown ups and children alike. Not to forget you can hire a boat and go fishing or site seeing.

Only minutes from the golden beaches of the Algarve and World class Golf Courses to give you the holiday experience of a lifetime.

The Vilamoura area

Vilamoura has everything on hand, some of the best golf courses in Europe and amazing beaches. It has many restaurants and cafes and the town centre has all the amenities you may need: supermarkets, banks...

All the activities you could want are available: tennis, golf, fishing, just to name a few. There is also a fantastic water park close by to keep the kids happy with a ride which is the tallest waterslide in Europe.

On arrival at Faro Airport please call the key holder on tel 00351912114376 who will arrange to meet you at the garage as detailed below, from there they will take you to your apartment.

After leaving the airport go straight ahead at the roundabout with the statues pointing skyward. After 3.5 Km from the Airport turn right down the slip road to join EN125 toward Portimao. After about 3Km, the road splits. Follow signs to Portimao/Almancil (not Loule).

After about 3Km, follow signs to Portimao along the dual carriageway (not to Almancil) At 22Km from airport continue through the lights ignore the Quarteira/Vilamoura signpost. At the next lights turn left signposted Vilamoura.

After 3.5Km you will see a Burger King on your left side and a garage on your right, pull in here and the key holder will take you to the apartment which is approx 100m from there.

“Fantastic location - poor service” Firstly the apartment is in a fantastic location, literally 30 seconds walk from the marina. There were four girlies on this 5 day escape from family and work. We spent more on this than we would... more

“A cosmetic cover up, not what it says on the tin!” This apartment was the only one in the complex being rented, which did not sound as good as you may think. It claims to be a trendy designer apt , albeit yes it is on the marina, so location was good. It is just down form the local strip club, undesirables roam about during the day and at night. The apartments "new modern decor" only covers up a mutitude of decay. On arrival I did give a wow, but after approx 2 mins I could see the silver was only cover up paint, the oven was dirty, the kitchen had not been cleaned before our arrival. It was as if no-one had bothered to freshen it up for a wee while between guests. the dirty cloths and cleaning utensils were eew! Lying in the "master" bedroom you could see the woodchip walls , hardly designer. The price we got it for was reduced slightly, but even that was an embarassment for two adults. I would defy anybody to actually pay the asking price of nearly £900. per week, absolute rip off. Louie was okay eventually when we caught up. No dvd's or cd's in the apartment at all. I would not recommend this apt to anyone there are far nicer ones in the marina or the surrounding area, shop around. Very disappointed but the area is amazing especially the beach at Falesia, beautiful and the only saving grace of our week there. We had a fabulous apt in the very heart of Albuferia, for a fraction of the price of this one the previous week. Sorry Louie, you were a nice person but the owners are ripping people off with the blatant non description of the apt. Response: Dear Mrs. Boggs, I was utmost surprised by your comments! Although you have my contact and I was there during your stay you never said anything or gave me the slightest chance to compensate you in any form. As stated in the advert, the property is refurbished and is LIKE NEW. I already spoke with the cleaner regarding the cleaning issues, and I thank you for your feedback. This a chance to improve. Regarding the apartment decor & design: I love it, you don't like it and most of our guest love it as well, so I really think it is a matter of taste. I will leave more CD's and DVD's there next time, as the guests before you, took them. If only you have told me then I could've sorted that easily. Louie Mele
