The villa is just 2km from the centre of Vilamoura, 25km north west of Faro and 14km south of Loule. Vilamoura offers a superb range of sport and leisure facilities including a casino and cinema. The marina is popular, even the most serious of sailers, and the beautiful surroundings provide a superb backdrop for the annually held boat show; near to the marina there is a large sandy beach. In winter , golfers are attracted by the mild climate and Vilamoura`s five top class golf courses. It is a lively and interesting place to be any time of year and yet, by contrast, closeby There is a 200 hectare nature reserve dedicated to the protection of endangered species.
