This beautiful apartment is situated in the more quiet area of the complex on the top floor with superb views over a pine forest and the Millennium golf course. This well equipped apartment sleeps up to 6 people and offers a spacious and tastefully decorated lounge/dining room area with a double sofa bed. There is a large decked balcony where you can enjoy eating outside or relaxing on the sun loungers. The two bedrooms, one en-suite, has fitted wardrobes and is decorated to the highest standards. There is a fully fitted kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher provided. We have recently added satellite TV and an ipod docking station.

This is the ideal place for a family, golfing or activity holiday, or if you are just looking to relax. Residence Golf has something for everyone, ideal for all ages. It is a golfers paradise being centrally located to and within walking distance to Vilamoura's five main golf courses and a 5 minute drive from the Marina and stunning beaches of Vilamoura.

At the Marina there is a variety of local watersports, designer shops, bars, international restaurants, a casino and nightlife.

The apartment has an integrated air conditioning and heating system. The windows are sound proofed and double glazed with wide sliding patio doors opening out onto a large balcony. There are security entrance phone system to the apartment.

A variety of books are provided as well as playing cards, CDs, DVDs and board games. There is also an ipod docking station.

There is a large balcony overlooking a pine forest and the Millenium golf course with sun loungers for complete peace and relaxation. There is a large swimming pool and children's pool for swimming with a pool side WC/shower and children's play area. There is also an indoor pool.

A local bus service is available on the main road which will take you into Albufeira, Quateria and Vilamoura and out to other locations around the Algarve (please check bus service/timetables).

Further details

A minimum booking of 4 nights.
A non refundable deposit of £25 per person is required at the time of booking.
Payment in full 45 days before departure.
A refundable £150 breakage deposit is payable with the balance.
Daily rates can be calculated by dividing weekly rate by 7. This is to give total flexibility for how many days you wish to stay and not restricted on which day of the week you arrive.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The neighbouring towns of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago offer yet more superb golf courses, shopping and entertainment. The mountain area of Monchique, ancient Silves and the fishing village of Lagos, famous for its nearby rock castle and grottoes are all wtihin a 30min. to 1 hour drive away down the freeway. The fascinating city of Seville is just a 1.5 hour drive down the freeway.

The Vilamoura area

Our apartment at Residence Golf is surrounded by five championship golf courses including the famous Millenium golf course and all are beautifully maintained. The marina at Vilamoura is the watersports' hub, with everything from jet skiing to big game fishing. It is home to luxury yachts, designer shops, international cuisine, lively bars and a casino. A choice of beautiful beaches, the nearest being Praia de Marinha and Falesia. There is also horse riding, watersports, tennis, shopping and sightseeing all within a 5 minute drive or walk.
Northwest of the marina is the Museu Cerra da Vila, a Roman archaeological site with an adjoining small museum with local finds.

Vilamoura is an ideal base for exploring the Algarve's historical towns, villages and markets and the tranquil countryside is popular with horse-riders, cyclists and walkers. Going east you will find Faro and Tavira and to the west Albufeira, Algarve shopping and the rugged coastline of Sagres and Cape St. Vincent.

The nearest Airport is Faro. The airlines that fly to Faro are:
Monarch, Easyjet, Fly Tap, Thomas Cook, Thomson etc. Flights are fairly cheap and are easy to book over the internet. Vilamoura is just 20 minutes drive away by car. Car hire can be organised whilst booking your flights. Taxis are also available at the Airport.

“Our young family embraced the experience of holidaying here.It was safe,fun,clean, with great facili” The local amenities are nearby,but too far to walk with young children.You need to hire a car to make the most of the surroundings,including beautiful sandy beaches and harbour at Vila Mora.The children enjoyed the train ride,which travels along the road through Vila Mora.We stopped at the mini golf centre,great value and fun for all!We can't wait until we go back!
