Nestled in a very quiet ,low rise area between some of the best golf courses in Vilamoura, this apt is also just minutes away from Vilamoura's world famous marina. The location is perfect for all sorts of holidays, be it for golf, sailing, watersports or just pure relaxation and or family fun. The waterfront in Vilamoura also offers many attractions, with a fantastic number of restaurants and bars surrounded by a variety of great shops which will make it a very pleasant and easy way to fill any day. If the going gets hot, then why not cool down on some of the beautiful beaches like Falesia. If you fancy a day trip, you can go to some the other old towns & ports of the Algarve like Tavira, or go further to Seville, Gibraltar, Lisbon etc which are only 2 hours away The apartment is furnished to a very high standard with all facilities provided inc Plasma TV, DVD, Hi-Fi PS 2, etc, and with a fully fitted kitchen complete with washing machine & full size BBQ all needs are catered for.

The apartment is very stylishly furnished and with no expense spared any guest should want for nothing. There is a full size gas BBQ and may additional extras including selection of DVDs, Books, PS2 and games available on request. The Apt has all solid floors and anti allergenic bedding supplied with fine Egyptian cotton bedding. All guests will be supplied with Highest quality Egyptian towels and there will also be separate pool towels made available for our guests use.

Further details outdoors:
The apt is ground floor comes complete with three private terraces, the larger one which faces onto the pool area is furnished with an additional table and 6 chairs etc and has gated access onto the communal patio area leading to the pool.

There is a secluded roof top sun terrace / solarium for serious tanning.

One of the bedrooms also has it's own private terrrace whilst there is also one located of the kitchen which is the perfect place to enjoy a sundowner whilst grilling dinner on the full size luxury BBQ.

Further details

The apartment is perfect for four adults and 2 children but, would be less so for 6 adults given that the bed settee is a double and whilst it is of very good quality it is located in the lounge.

Conditions

The apartment is ideal for families and couples alike and is also the perfect location for the golfers of the world as you have the Millenium Laguna and Vilamoura Victoria virtually on your doorstep. All of these clubs are more than happy for non golfers to use the bars and restaurants of thier clubs when not playing golf.

They are very nice premises with welcoming staff and are a short 3 - 4 min stroll back to the apt if you do not want to drive.

For the comfort of future guests we would respectfully ask guests to smoke on the terraces of the apt and not inside the main accommodation

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Located in the central Algarve area Vilamoura is located just a short distance fom Faro and convenient to many of the regions famous towns ports and villages both of scenic and historical significance. Small towns and fishing ports like Portimao Silves Sagres and Tavira to name but a few that should be on any itinerary of places to visit.

For those wishing to travel a little further afield then Seville, Gibraltar, Lisbon etc which are only 2 hours away with places like Oporto and Jerez only a little further.

The Algarve boasts 330 days sun shine a year so any time can be the right time depending on the desires of the individual traveller. The weather can be absolutely gorgeous right trough winter with really sunny days if not a little cold in the evenings.

The Vilamoura / Millenium Golf area

This apartment is located right in the heart of where its all happening on the Portuguese Algarve. Choose from virtually any land or water based sport you can think of and Vilamoura has it all to offer, from fantastic golf courses to the world famous marina you will not be stuck for choice. For those with rest and relaxation in mind this apartment is located in a very quiet area of Vilamoura surrounded by the small low rise resorts that encompass two of the towns finest golf courses. With great beaches and the waterfront just a couple of minutes drive away you will also be spoilt for choice with Vilamoura's amazing array of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, budgets and age groups. If you strike it lucky at the Casino then you will also have the facility to wander through the resorts many fine designer shops to spend your winnings. Alternatively, if you're not a gambler, why not just sit in a harbourside cafe with a cappuccino and watch the rest of the world go by.

Vilamoura and the apartment is easiest reached via Faro airport which is only a short dirive approx 20 mins and is served by all the mainstream and budget airlines such as Easyjet and Ryanair from locations all across the UK and Ireland. It is also possible to fly into Lisbon which is about 2hrs North, or Seville in Spain which is approx 1hr 45mins to the East. Again these airports are served by all leading budget and full service airlines, and also offer a great opportunity to have a short city break at the start or end of your holiday on the Algarve.

“My third visit to this apartment & booked for next year” I initially stayed at this apartment with my husband when we went to watch the Portuguese open and enjoyed it so much I returned the next two years with female friends for girlie long weekends. The rental management ( Andy & Sonia ) collected us from the airport & kindly stopped & waited at the supermarket whilst we purchased our food. This is a real plus for us as we didn't hire a car. The apartment is clean, modern & equipped to the highest standard, not that we spent much time in it. 5 mins by taxi takes you to the beautiful marina & the beach. Previous guests have left recommendations /comments about various restaurants which was beneficial . Roll on September 2012!
