Just a stone's-throw from the communal swimming pool & reception, this pretty little attached villa is well-placed for a great , safe, family holiday, golfing break or romantic get-away.On the doorsteps of 5 fantastic golf courses & just a 5 minute drive to Vilamoura Marina & the beautiful golden sands of Falesia Beach, ( bus stop & tourist " train" stop right outside complex,) the villa is perfectly placed for enjoying all of the Algarve's attractions.
With 1 double bedroom with luxury en-suite off & 1 twin room with pull-out extra divans, (ideal for children,) the villa is great for families. Luxury shower room with infra-red tap. -Well equipped kitchen. New sofa in lounge also converts to double bed.There T.V, PS2 & SELECTION OF GAMES, IPOD docking station, also large selection of books & DVDs, toys, floats. beach toys, lego.Travel cot with cot linen & high chair, steriliser, potty, toilet training seat, etc.

Equipped with incredible attention to detail to ensure you have a fantastic holiday. If you are looking for a holiday base which is bright, modern, contemporary & packed with "little extras", then Eden Villas is ideal.
Lounge has sofa, (converts to bed,) log fire & air con/ heating, & boasts new flat-screen lcd T.V with satelite channels, (Sky ,British & European channels ) ALSO PS2 WITH SELECTION OF GAMES, selection of books, games & family DVDs, IPOD docking station. Dining set for 6 people. Newly-fitted & well equipped kitchen with quality crockery, cutlery & utensils.
The bathrooms have been re-fitted to the highest standard with infra-red tap, soft-close toilet seats, top-of-the-range showers & sanitary ware.
All the furniture is new & the villa has been decorated throughout in a bright, contemporary style; a real home-from-home.
Main bedroom has fitted wardrobes, safe, air con, luxury en-suite with bath,(shower over,) vanity unit, w.c, wall heater. Hairdryer & straighteners.
Twin bedroom with 2 twin beds, ( both have divans under which pull out, ) air con, fitted wardrobes
Your safety is of paramount importance to us & for this reason we have fitted fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke alarms & safe.The villa is also all-electric; no gas on site.It has been inspected & passed by the Portuguese tourist board & is fully licenced.

Sun loungers, (fold up & can be taken to beach,) funky deck chairs. Patio to rear off both bedrooms with wooden breakfast set. Storage room with washing machine & clothes airer.6 beach towels.There is also a large selection of children's' toys, floats, & beach equipment, ( buckets, spades, etc.) You are welcome to smoke on the patio, but not inside the villa, please. The complex is very secure with access via remote-controlled gates& makes for a wonderfully child-friendly holiday.

Conditions

You are welcome to smoke on the patios but not inside the villa, please.
25% non-refundable deposit required to secure your booking,with full payment 6 weeks before departure.
A £150 refundable security bond is required with booking. This will be returned to you the week of your return home.
As a general rule during busy seasons, the villa will be handed over to you at 14.00 on the day of your arrival, & you will be expected to vacate by 10.00 on the day of departure to allow for change-over cleaning. However, we will do our best to make allowances for early/late flights & you will be able to store your luggage safely if needed. In less busy periods, we will do our upmost to accommodate your flight times.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve has everything you could ever want in a holiday. The fantastic summer /autumn sunshine & wonderfully mild winter/spring climate it is great for families & golfers alike.
WHY NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CHEAP OFF-PEAK FLIGHTS to enjoy some out-of-season sunshine?
Whilst we can't guarantee the weather, you can be sure the more temperate climate will be great for GOLF &, located as it is between some fantastic courses, the villa is ideal for golfing breaks.
How about a SHOPPING break? With shops such as Zara, Mango, Massimo Dutti, etc. ( at Algarve Shopping & Faro Forum Shopping,) , you're guaranteed great retail therapy- a great place to do your CHRISTMAS SHOPPING!
BIRDWATCHING - the coastal wetlands of the Algarve, (Ria Formosa Nature Reserve,) is home to Flamingos, Spoonbills & Egrets to name just a few, (guided tors can be booked.)
Take advantage of some of the most picturesque coastal landscapes in europe by WALKING or CYCLING the Algarve using the villa as a well-placed luxuious base.
Or how about a ROMANTIC few days in the sunshine? Fancy dinner on the Marina then back to the villa for a bottle of wine in front of the log fire?
Whatever your personal preference, you're bound to go home with your batteries recharged & ready to face the British winter. Please ask for daily off-peak rates.

The Vilamoura area

Get a taste of the millionaire lifestyle at VILAMOURA MARINA , with its fantastic range of restaurants & bars. You can also book boat trips, parascending, jetskiing, shark & deep-sea fishing , etc. here - Try a cocktail at Nikki Beach.
Also, crazy golf & Roman ruins at ROMARINA.
Have a flutter at the CASINO or take in one of the spectacular shows staged there.
FALESIA BEACH has miles of wonderful, golden sands, (lifeguards in season.) You haven't lived until you've sampled the fresh fish & vinho verde overlooking the sea!
Try the newly-extended & updated AQUASHOW,(10 min drive,) fantastic fun!
ZOOMARINE, (20 mins drive in Guia,) will be a firm favourite with the kids who will love the dolphin show. Clubbers will love the nightlife at ALBUFEIRA & shoppers can shop 'til they drop at ALGARVE SHOPPING, (Guia,20 min. drive.) or FARO FORUM SHOPPING, (Faro, 20 min drive.) Both have multiplex cinemas & bowling.
VALE DO LOBO & QUINTO DO LARGO are both a 20 min. drive away.
Try QUARTEIRA OR LOULE MARKET for great bargains, ( 5 - 10 mins. drive.)
Of special interest to winelovers & fans alike is SIR CLIFF RICHARD'S VINEYARD, (20 minute drive.) Sample & take home his Vida Nova wines.

There are many flights every day from virtually every airport in the U.K to Faro airport which is just a 20 min. drive to Vilamoura. Car hire is inexpensive, but airport transfers can be arranged, ( cheaper & more convenient than taxi.)
Please ask for details.
FULL DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS from Faro airport will be sent with each booking. You will be met at the gates of the complex by our villa manager.
