Very USER/CHILD FRIENDLY, no need for lifts or stairs & the pool is only steps away (great for watching children).The apartment & it's location (WALK TO PLAY GOLF) & 5 minutes drive to the beach & marina provides excellent value for money accommodation suited to COUPLES, FAMILIES & GOLFERS. Our IMMACULATE, modern & stylish ground floor air conditioned luxury apartment is in a peaceful upmarket location (Colinas Do Golf) close to all the amenities and marina of the sophisticated and stylish resort of Vilamoura. The prestigious Laguna & Millenium Golf Course and clubhouse is just a 7 minute WALK for a round of golf, drinks or a leisurely lunch and evening dining until 8pm. The apartment is fully equipped, beautifully furnished and has a light, modern and spacious feel with private remote controlled underground parking with storage. A delightful small & friendly secure complex with shared swimming pool and small children's splash pool, which is rarely overcrowded. The well maintained gardens are fully enclosed with one access point making it ideal for children. Airport transfers & further accommodation on the same complex may also be arranged.

High chair & cot can also be provided at a small EXTRA cost of 20 euros.

Two large terraces (WALLED & THEREFORE CHILD FRIENDLY) run the width of the apartment -front poolside leading from lounge & 2nd bedroom & back leading from master bedroom & kitchen both with pleasant outlook.
South/west facing lounge/poolside terrace is fully furnished seating 6 with views to the courtyard and pool area. Also table & chairs together with a full size Weber BBQ on the east facing private kitchen terrace which catches the morning sun - perfect for a leisurely breakfast, sundowner and alfresco dining.
A large paved sun bathing area, well maintained gardens & lawn surrounding a shared swimming pool and children's splash pool (set apart & not overlooked by the apartment complex) in fully enclosed private grounds with one access point making it ideal for children.

Sun loungers are provided for the private use of our apartment guests.

10 minute walk to Victoria Golf Course home to 'THE PORTUGUESE MASTERS' in October each year.
3- 4 minute DRIVE to the NEAREST Jaffers supermarket/bars/restaurants/cafes at CENTRO COMMERCIAL PARQUE DAS AMENDOEIRAS (on the main dual carriageway going into Vilamoura) A Carpa 00351 289 322 689 & Chez Carlos 00351 289 300 680 restaurants both provide a free courtesy bus if you prefer leaving the car at home one evening. Good night life is also found here at the lively & friendly karaoke bar PARKY'S BAR, with live music Fri & Sat, the CACTUS BAR, Joanne's hairdressers (British owned) & Tee Time Anywhere booking office for great golfing deals & car hire. The new & stunning "VICTORIA TIVOLI HOTEL" is also on the doorstep should you wish to venture up for a look!
For night life on the Marina we would suggest O'Neills,Sinatra's Bar, Rui's Bar & The Cabin.

5 -10 minute drive to Pinhal, Victoria, The Old Course & Vila Sol.

There's a string of world-class golf courses, fabulous scuba diving and the chance to visit historic Seville too.
The Vilamoura / Millenium Golf area
VILAMOURA HAS IT ALL :
Excellent sports facilities, a long sandy beach, dining, shopping and certain sophistication, too. Specially built to appeal to the holiday-maker, its centre piece is a magnificent marina, complete with a buzzing water front of chic cafés, bars, boutiques and restaurants.
The nightlife is lively, cosmopolitan and varied centring around a good selection of places to eat and drink (offering a bizarre mix of fast-food joints to high class Portuguese restaurants serving fresh grilled sardines and chicken piri piri complimented by a casino.
The marina has plenty of shops including some fashionable clothes boutiques and there are ample opportunities for souvenir and handicraft shopping. Vilamoura offers an enviable range of facilities from watersports to perhaps, most famously, GOLF!
There are two main blue flag beaches, Marina and Falésia. Both have lovely golden sands but the later has better facilities,including ample parking snack bars,sunbeds and sun umbrellas.
The Algarve was named Europe's Leading Beach Destination 2012 at the World Travel Awards. It boasts 130 beaches, including 54 with a Blue Flag, and some of the world's best golf courses.

TRANSFER TO THE APARTMENT
Car hire is highly recommended as this is by far the best way to explore & see the beautiful surrounding areas (ALSO OFF SETTING TRANSFER COSTS TO THE APARTMENT approx 45 euros for 2 people return) Away from the main resorts, you'll find hidden rocky coves perfect for hiding from the crowds or head into the villages of Loule & Silves to shop at the markets or enjoy a glass of Vinho Verde in the shade.
We recommend economycarhire, collect your car from the car park at Faro airport , FULLY insured additional drivers free & NO hidden costs .
Local taxis transfer ( we can arrange) from Faro Airport to the apartment or PRE BOOKED MINI BUS transfer (also golf transfers) we recommend Sunny Singh on 00351 961 036 689 super prices & super reliable. Consider then collecting a small hire car in Vilamoura approx £100pw or having a hire car delivered direct to the apartment or using taxis to & from the apartment into Vilamoura Marina, beach etc. as & when required.
There is also a shuttle bus service (Shuttledirect, ResortHoppa) running from the airport to Vilamoura costing approx 14 euros pp.
The journey to the apartment from Faro airport is a 30 minute easy drive along the N125, to Vilamoura, full/detailed directions provided. We recommend car hire, however for non drivers local taxis to and from the apartment into Vilamoura are inexpensive at around 5 to 7 euros & are easily accessible. Contact telephone numbers for recommended local taxi & minibus companies are provided in the apartment info.
Bicycle hire is popular in Vilamoura and provides an ideal way to get out and about should you prefer an alternative to driving. (from approx 25 euros per week)

From inital enquiry through to departure everything went like clockwork The apartment had all that one could need and was in tip top condition. Nothing better that sitting out in the front balcony a glass in the early eveing watching the Sun fall away. Perfect for golf and just a few minutes drive back to the main road or down to the bustling Marina. Peaceful surroundings thanks to Sonia for being some helpful. A 30% booking deposit (non refundable) is required & the final balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your visit, together with a refundable security bond of £200. The security bond will be returned within a week of your homecoming.
A complimentary English speaking MEET & GREET SERVICE is provided with ON SITE MANAGEMENT throughout your stay. ( late evening flight arrival time is therefore not a problem )
