Home description

This villa is located in a very attractive residential area just a short walk from the first golf course in Vilamoura and therefore the area is mature, spacious and quiet (unlike many newer developments).

There are both a Patio and a roof terrace for privacy. Well stocked on site mini-market, swimming pool and children's pool within 50 metres, onsite restaurant and bar. Low noise levels. No stairs to climb internally.

Open plan living & dining with separate Kitchen. Direct access to the patio and barbeque area from the lounge and kitchen. The kitchen is traditional style and fully fitted with granite worktops and includes fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and oven.

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and aircon and heating. Bathroom 1 has a bath and includes a shower. Bathroom 2 is a showeroom.

The villa has free parking, communal pool and beautiful gardens throughout . Great for all age groups.

Central Villamora is a 5 minute ride away on the tractor train with it’s sophisticated marina, restaurants & bars and the beautiful Pria do Felesia Beach is nearby.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve has a remarkable landscape starting with the coast who's beaches attract visitors from all over the world and spreading to the Barrocal, the orchard & garden of the interior with its many different fruit trees surrounding the white washed houses.

The climate is mild all year round with over 3000 hours of sunshine, many nature reserves, parks and protected landscapes, and an interior full of ancestral traditions. Numerous golf courses considered to be among the best in the world, 3 magnificent marina's, lively nightlife and very friendly people.


Vilamoura / Aldeia do Golfe area

Central Villamora is a short ride away on the bus and has a sophisticated marina with many restaurants & bars and the nightlife is tasteful and not raucous.

The beautiful Pria do Felesia Beach is nearby and the many beaches of the Algarve can be explored best with a car. Try the old town and island of Tavira or journey along to cost the old part of Albufeira and further along to Lagos where the beaches and quaint coves become more secluded.

Golfers are spoilt for choice with 5 courses within 5 minutes drive.


How to get there

All low cost airlines including Easyjet and BMIbaby fly throughout the week from many UK airports and their affiliations with car hire companies tend to give the best value for money. Although car hire is not esential as the airport is only a 20 minute taxi ride of approx 30 euros. Once at the villa there is a bus stop 50 yards from the front door with regular buses every 30 minutes which visits the beach and marina. A taxi ride from the Marina costs no more than 5 euros.
