This lovely ground floor apartment offers a homely holiday environment for all. One Master bedroom with en-suite. One twin bedded room with a separate bathroom. Open plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Pull out single bed in Living Room and an additional Fold-up bed for a sixth person. Decorated and furnished to a high standard.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve is an ideal location for a wonderful holiday for all ages. It has a temperate climate almost all year round and boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year. Even in the low season there are many days when its warm and sunny enough to sunbathe or sit outside to enjoy the many pavement cafes. The Algarve is proud of some of Europe's best golf courses. There are many beaches tucked away in secluded parts of the coast line. A drive inland will uncover lovely little villages and restaurants, where true portugese dishes can be enjoyed.
Vilamoura / Pinhal Golf Course area
Vilamoura has excellent sport facilities, world famous golf courses, tennis clubs, sport clubs, horse riding, various water sports. The Marina is the largest in Europe and it is surrounded by superb shops, restaurants and bars and in the evenings it offers a lively night life in clubs and the casino with life entertainment.The Old Village is just a short walking distance from the apartment. Quarteira, the next village within walking distance from the apartment (approx 15 minutes), has a great water park, Aqua Show, a vibrant gypsy market every Wednesday and a wonderful long promenade with restaurants lining one side and golden sands stretching the other.

Changeover day is flexible. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with a full payment 8 weeks before departure,
Rental Conditions.
1. Minors: We are unable to accept bookings from anyone under the age of 25 years.
2. Owner Liability: No liability is accecpted for injury, loss or damage to guests and/or their belongings, damage by to any third party or for damage to any motor vehicle or its contents.
3. Hire Resonsibility: The hirer is the responsible for taking care of the property during their stay. Any equipment and contents must be left clean and tidy on departure, with the exception of linen and towels.The property must be securley locked when you are out and care taken not to expose the property to any fire risk.
4. Damage: Any damage/breakages are the responsibitity of the hirer and the cost is based on replacement value , payable upon damand. The owner resvers the right to repossess the property at any time where seriours damage has been caused. Minor breakages are not nusually charged for.
5. Keys: Any sets of keys lost with be the responsibitity of the hirer, therefore a charge of €25.00 will be charged for each set of keys that the hirerhas for new sets a keys to be replaced.

I was born and brought up in Lisbon. I lived there when Salazar was in power and moved to England in the seventies when the Revolution broke out.I know Portugal like the back of my hand and hold a particular fondness for the Algarve region. I my knowledge and experience I have I feel able to give guests a good insight into the outstanding beauty and way of life of Portugal. Any guests who wish to be picked up from the Airport and collected at the end of their holiday I will happy to give you a contact phone number, which I will give out on bookings taken. To date I have had positive "feed-back" from all my guests who have been out to the apartment. Comments such as " The apartment is very comfortable and homely" and " the apartment is beautiful and has a warm and very welcoming feel to it." I wish to thank my guest for all these positive comments. They all have requested another holiday here! Recently, one of our guests has very kindly left in the apartment beach/pool games for children to use, the only request they have made is that should any break or get damaged, please could the guest replace it/them as they have made already a couple of bookings for next year.
I recently had a guest with her 2 children staying at the apartment, when asked for feedback they made a lovely comment saying; ' they have travelled alot of the world, and found our apartment to be the most homeliest. Apart from one other in Barbados!! Thankyou so much for that comment, it means a lot to Kevin and I. A party of five women commented that their stay at our apartment was "The most relaxing holiday they'ed ever had"! and that they will be returning back.
