About the home

This new air-conditioned townhouse features beautifully appointed south facing two storey townhouse with a massive shared tiled swimming pool, a large outside patio complete with BBQ, and sun awnings and is situated in a gated development with a lovely large well maintained garden. Some local birds are frequently seen frolicking in the grounds. It is just a few minutes away from the famous Old Course of Vilamoura.

For the non golfers, only 5 minutes drive away are all the amenities and life at the marina including the casino, restaurants, bars, and shops. The other popular Vilamoura golf courses are right on your doorstep Pinhal, Old Course, Laguna, Millennium and the WGC host Victoria GC. The Central Algarve location also means all the other fantastic courses are easily accessible.

This is not only an ideal location for golf enthusiasts, but also for families with young children, or couples who can enjoy the tranquil settings of the villa whilst also experiencing the enchanting atmosphere of the marina and the local market town of Loulé.

There is a lovely furnished upstairs patio which is accessed from both the Master suite and the twin room.

For the early risers and those who like the morning sun, there is a very large upstairs terrace from the other upstairs bedroom, perfect for the early morning coffee and to read the papers.

The beautiful outside area is large. There are dining tables and chairs on the patio and sun loungers with cushions for the pool are available. The barbecue area adjoins the patio area - just perfect for those lovely evenings for a barbecue or just a quiet bottle of wine as the sun goes down.

Cleaning & Laundry: The property is given clean on arrival with a set of linen & towels. The housekeeper visits the property once a week to change linen&towels. Subject to payment and availability, additional services can be provided by the housekeeper.

Smoking: Please note that this is a non smoking property (inside), if you do want to smoke please do it outside

If you need transfer from/to the airport, the housekeeper will be glad to do it.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve is well known for its golf courses and also for the many attractive fishing villages - and hence, of course, for the seafood, which is delicious.

The Atlantic location means although very hot in June, July and August, the heat is not overpowering.

The climate remains warm in Spring and Autumn, and over winter you get warm days, but the nights are noticably cooler.

The Vilamoura / Terracos da Vinha area

Golfers Paradise! The resort of Vilamoura boasts 5 golf courses (Pinhal, Old Course, Millennium, Laguna and Victoria) and is perfectly located only minutes drive away from Vilamoura marina and Tivoli and Falesia beaches. The other 20 or so Algarve courses are easily accessible. The N-125 and the motorway are both less than 15 mins away.

A golf academy with driving range, various restaurants and shops and a couple of water parks nearby.

With the beaches, restaurants and over 15 golf courses located within a 10 minute drive away it is the perfect location for both family holidays and golf breaks.

Coast / Beach / Marina - 5 minute drive, 25-30 minutes walking. Taxis are cheap and plentiful.
