About the home

This contemporary villa offers a spacious and luxurious setting equipped to a high standard with spectacular views over the Laguna golf course and located just five minutes from the beach and Marina.

The entrance hallway leads on the right to the living room, opening to the swimming pool and garden with fabulous views over the gold course, with lots of seating. There is a satellite TV and a DVD player. This leads to the dining room with seating for 12 with large doors opening to the garden. From here we access the fully equipped kitchen and the laundry room also with access to the outside.

Next to the kitchen there is a cloakroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom. There is also an office converted into a twin/double bedroom. Guests in this bedroom have to use the bathroom of the twin bedroom.

On the first floor there are 2 twin bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs. Both bedrooms overlook the pool and have fabulous view over the golf course.

There is also the master bedroom with a long hallway with wall to wall wardrobes; 2 separate bathrooms, one with shower and another one with bathtub. The one with the shower have views over the golf course. There is also a large dressing room where a single bed can be accommodated if necessary. Finally the large master bedroom has a King size bed (2x2), TV and DVD and overlooks the golf course.

Outside there is a dining area, with a charcoal portable BBQ, a seating area and a relax area where the sun loungers are strategically placed so you can enjoy the beauty and quietness of the golf course. There is also an infinity pool with 12 x 6 meters where you can swim or simply relax.

The Vilamoura area

Portugal's largest private resort development embraces 4,000 acres of former pinelands which have been carefully landscaped to produce a popular ultra-modern tourist facility in an ideal positon for exploring the Algarve region. Vilamoura means "Moorish Village", but its earliest inhabitants, the Romans, left behind them the ruins of a nobleman's house and Roman baths, amongst other things, which are today protected, but open to the public.

The magnificent marina is the focal point of the resort, with its dazzling array of international yachts, chic boutiques and trendy cafe's.
