About the home

Unset villas are located on the 5* resort of vila sol only 5 minutes walk from two beaches on the outskirts of vilamoura and quarteira town centres.Vila sol has its own , bank plenty of restaurants ,cafes and bars.The apartment has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8 people the master bedroom has a large double bed, fitted wardrobes an en suite bathroom and through patio doors leads to the private terrace.
The second and third bedrooms are located adjacent to the family bathroom and are all air conditioned.
Along the main hall is the fully fitted kitchen and utilities room which has a dishwasher,washing machine,oven hob ,microwave and a large fridge freezer.The living room is large and open plan with a dining area furnished with a table and seating for 6 people and consists of 2 sofas and both convert to a double sofa beds the living room leads onto the massive private terrace.There is also located in the living room a flatscreen tv with satellite and a dvd player next to the living fire.
The terrace has sun loungers and a table with seating for 8 people for al fresco dining while overlooking the pools and landscaped gardens.
The nearest supermarket is 10 minute walk away or 2 minutes in a taxi and the name of the supermarket is Pingo Doce.

The vila sol 5* complex has a 27 hole golf course a club house tennis courts and golf lessons from the golf pro onsite .The golf and lessons along with the tennis are at an extra charge but the use of the golf club house is free.

We require a 30% deposit on booking payable by credit/debit cards or bank transfer and the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
On arrival at the apartment there is a refundable breakage /loss deposit payable of £200 returned after a satisfactory property inspection within 2 weeks of departure.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

He Algarve boasts over 300 kms of golden sandy beaches and are free to use and open all year around.
The larger beaches have lifeguard patrols all summer long with most having restaurants cafes and bars on. They serve excellent fresh food and cold drinks all year.

The central zone of the Algarve has strong links to the Romans and moors stretching back to 2000 BC, this can be seen in the buildings in most towns.

The weather is another reason to visit the Algarve as you get 300 days a year sunshine temperatures from 15c to a peak in July/August and early September

The Vilamoura / Vila Sol area

Vilamoura is best known for its golf as it has over a dozen championship level courses some designed by the greatest golfers ever to play golf.Vilamoura holds the portuguese masters every year and attracts the big names in golf .The area is also known for its marina that holds over a 1000 boats and yatchs and has daily trips to go dolphin watching, deepsea fishing or just cruising along the algarve coastline.
The marina is surrounded by shops and a vast array of restaurants, cafes, bars open all year around serving excellent fresh foods and cold drinks.Vilamoura also has one of the best beaches in portugal called falesia beach with its golden sand and warm waters.
The beach has been awarded the gold flag of europe for its cleanliness and you can hire sun loungers and parasols for a daily charge.There is snorkelling,water skiing,paragliding and scuba diving on offer along the beach .All our guests are offered discounted golf on all courses in vilamoura through out the year.
Vilamoura also has strong links to the romans and this can be seen in the roman ruins next to the marina and for a small charge you can visit them all year around.
Within 5 minutes of the complex there is the large water park called the AQUA SHOW and is opern from march to october 7 days a week .The water park has daily water acrobatic displays that are unique to portugal and is great fun for all ages and 5 minutes further on is quarteira town centre and its stunning golden sandy beach that stretches for 5 kms its a must see.
So in and around vila sol ,vilamoura and quarteira there is plent to do and see for all ages.
