About the home

Casa da vale is located in a tanquil valley,it has a beautiful garden area surrounding the kidney shaped pool. Which is great for children. Casa da vale is in a peaceful setting near the village of Boliqueme, which is a typically Portuguese village.It has a number of lovely restaurants and cafes.
It is a short drive away from Albufeira, which has lively bars and restaurants.Or Vilamoura with an attractive marina,restaurants and casinos.

Facilities

Further details indoors:
Large open plan living area, with comfortable sofas and TV/DVD unit. HiFi unit, Docking station. Family dining table with 6 chairs, (suitable for indoor and outdoor use.) Feature fire place.
Large sliding doors on two sides to terrace areas and pool.
We have an outside toilet for use when around the pool area without going inside. There is also an outside shower for use before going in the pool.

Further details outdoors:
The swimming pool is particulary safe for small children. With gates at the edge of the pool that separate the shallow end and a wall under the water to separate the shallow end from the deep. Air conditioning is available in all three bedrooms.
There is a large beautifully paved covered patio to side and rear of the villa.With a built in Bbq area, dining table and chairs and sun loungers for around the pool. A large private pool which enjoys all day full sunshine. We have stone gardens walls and electric intercom front gates.
There is an outside toilet at the side of the villa, which is useful when the children in and out of the pool.

We have 3 en suites to the bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom is a en suite family bathroom .
A welcome pack will be left in the villa for you on arrival.
Extra cleaning services is avilable on request in longer stays.
We have an English speaking agent available to answer any questions.

Conditions

A £200 non-refundable deposit secures a booking. We require the remaining rental balance, and a £250 security deposit 1 month before departure. You will be given a meet and great welcome on arrival, when you will collect keys and ask any questions you may have. Once you have left the villa in a satisfactory condition, we will fully reimburse your deposit.
The prices shown in UK pounds for 6 people with the use of a childs cot. Extra beds are available at a rate of £50 per week per bed.
Estate Car available onsite (4door aircon) apply on booking.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Central Algarve area stretches from Faro in the east to Portimão in the west, some 45 miles across. Faro is the capital of the Algarve, but it often ignored by visitors as a holiday destination, who consider it only as the place where the airport is. This is a shame because it is a vibrant town with plenty of history and architecture to enjoy.
The Algarve is a fantastic destination for a holiday. Blessed with more sunshine than Florida, it has a wonderful mild climate with many beautiful, historic towns and villages to explore. Throw in miles and miles of great beaches, food to die for, a mind-boggling array of sporting activities and you have the perfect place to visit at any time of the year.

The Vilamoura / Boliquieme area

Boliquieme has all the facilities needed, it has many restaurants, post office, chemist, supermarkets, coffee shops. Its coble streets are full of traditional charm, with many historic buildings within the village. Just a short drive away is the main shopping city of Loule, approximately 12km away. A short drive west is a large shopping complex at Guia, with lots of high street names and outlet stores. Villamora and Albufeira are equal distances away, both approximately 15km. There are beaches along the south coast, many within 15 minute drive.

Fly to Faro airport in the Algarve . Casa da vale is 30 mins drive in a car from the airport.
Car hire is available at the airport .Or if you prefer you can get a taxi to the Villa and use the car that is available for hire at the villa. (please enquire for more details)
