About the home

Villa Damas is set in an exclusive private residential area with views encompassing the fabulous Pinhal golf course. As you enter into the villa you are greeted by a wonderful sweeping wooden staircase leading up to the first floor. Accommodation provides two twin bedrooms with air conditioning and their own verandas, one large family sized bathroom and one master double bedroom with air conditioning and full ensuite bathroom and access to a large veranda with fantastic views across one of Vilamoura’s fabulous golf courses.
Downstairs accommodation, one twin bedroom with air conditioning and separate full bathroom and a further cloakroom toilet. The well-equipped separate kitchen is fully fitted with, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher, table and chairs and access to a large enclosed patio with seating and BBQ area. The sumptuous lounge area has leather seating, air conditioning, satellite television and patio doors leading out to the pool area. The split level dining area next to the lounge provides comfortable dining chairs with table.
Outside there is a delightful 8x4metre swimming pool set amongst mature gardens, fabulous views over the golf course and patio areas to relax and sunbathe.
Villa Damas is a highly desirable villa in a fantastic location within walking distance of the Old Village and town center.
