About the home

This fantastic studio apartment is located in Vilamoura, one of the best locations in the Algarve. It is within walking distance of the Marina. where you will find cafes, restaurants and shops as well as a lovely beach.

This property is located on the first floor with a lift with a huge balcony overlooking the garden and pool view where the sun shines all day. There is a supermarket within the complex, hair salon and 2 very good restaurants plus Topazio bar. Marcus serves an excellent Breakfast for 5 Euros. Alfredos serves great food and has full internet access.

There is a large double bed and sofa bed for sleeping extra people. The bathroom has a WC, bidet and a bath/shower unit that features a strong water pressure and a gas heater. the kitchen has a table and has seats for 4 people and all the amenities mentioned above. Note no pets and no smoking.
Towels and linen is included in the cost. The apartment is fully cleaned on each turnover day. There is a change of towels and linen in the apartment if required. The living area opens out to a large balcony with table and sun chairs for 4 people.

Further details outdoors:
There is secure parking space outside if people want to bring a car. The balcony is a sun haven overlooking manicured gardens and view of the complex. The apartment is suitable for disabled people and is all on one level.

Conditions

When a person wishes to rent the apartment I look for 50% of the total and the balance 1 month prior to departure. the rent varies depending on time of year, please see rental rates.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The apartment is located approx 20 minutes from the Marina. The magnificent Falesia beach is around 1.5 km from the apartment.

There are 5 championship golf courses nearby, the Old Course, Pinhal, Millennium, Laguna and the beautiful Victoria Golf Course designed by Arnold Palmer. All within a few minutes drive from the apt. faro airport is 25 minutes drive. Albufeira 15 miles, Portimao is about 45 minutes drive. Seville takes about 2 hours driving as does Lisbon. It is about 45 mins to the Spanish border.

The Vilamoura area

As well as golf there are tennis courts within walking distance towards the Marina 10 minutes walk. tehre is a list of local restaurants in the Apt. I would strongly recommend Marbel restaurant up the road on the right, 1 minutes away also Rio up the road on the left.

All a short walk and excellent food. If you wish to stay within the complex the 2 snack restaurants are open all day. There is also a take-out food place just behind Marbel Restaurant to sit on the balcony and they deliver. the night life is also very good although I have never seen any unsocial behaviour there.

When a client confirms a booking I attach a map of the exact location of the apartment. I also provide an excellent Taxi Person. - perfect English and very reasonable. We use this company all the time if they are available. There is a car hire just across the road.
