Both the lounge and dining area have glass patio doors offering views over the marina harbour and sea coastline tthat will take your breath away. The lounge has a flat screen TV with English-language satellite channels so you can catch all your favourite programmes, a CD/DVD player, ipod dock/speakers and internet WiFi access. It opens onto a south facing terrace which commands panoramic Marina/Sea views ideal for soaking up the sun during the day or enjoying al-fresco dinners at sunset.
There are three good size bedrooms all comfortably furnished.

A returnable security deposit of EUR 200 is payable to the management company upon arrival.

For bookings more than 6 weeks before arrival, a booking deposit of 25% is required in order to confirm your reservation. For shorter notice bookings, the full amount is payable upon booking.

The Algarve is the most south-westerly part of Europe and boasts more than 300 days of sunshine per year. Like the rest of Portugal is operates on GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) just like the UK.
The region has an extremely rich and varied history, including five hundred years as a kingdom of the Moors from northern Africa. The Arabic influences are evident to this day, the decorative chimney pots, the whitewashed buildings, and even the language.
Despite its huge popularity as a holiday destination since the 1960’s, the Algarve has retained its character, both culturally and architecturally – having resisted the temptation to line the beautiful beaches with high-rise apartment blocks. It is in fact the perfect combination of tourist-friendly people and facilities, and the natural beauty of coastal and inland areas.

The Vilamoura / Vilamoura Marina area
Vilamoura is a purpose-built resort in the centre of the coastal Algarve that caters for every need, with facilities for shopping, sports, jet skiing and parascending. It has a casino which stages spectacular live shows and many pubs, cafés and restaurants where you can taste some of the best wines of this region and to satisfy your palate. You can also enjoy sunbathing on one the beaches. The world-renowned Vilamoura Marina can accommodate around a thousand vessels and there are luxury yachts to hire. You can also enjoy fishing in this region by hiring a boat or fishing from the beach.
As well as its six high quality golf courses, Vilamoura has a large mini-golf that has two courses, the Cerro da Villa arqueological museum and Roman ruins, not to mention the great boutique shopping opportunities on and near to the Marina.
For a great family day out, there is the Aquashow water park that has calm pool areas for lounging, a large wave-pool and a variety of water slides and rides to suit all tastes.
Amongst the many attractions and facilities there are six different Golf Courses, a large Marina, a Lawn Bowling Club with two grass Rinks, a Tennis Centre, a Sports Club, a Shooting Club, 5 Star and 4 Star Hotels, Tourist Apartments, self-catering Villas, Night Clubs, an International Casino with glamorous shows, a Cinema, and an excellent Riding School.

We booked the apartment at the last minute for a short break, Communication was great and it couldn't have been easier. When we arrived we were met by Paulo who let us in and showed us around. He was extremely friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed before he left us to it. The Location was perfect and the standard of accommodation was first class compared to the many others we have stayed in over the years. The only down side was that we didn't stay for longer. This property is very modern, extremely well equipped and could not be better placed to explore all of the Marina and its surrounding areas. There are 2 good beaches within walking distance, fantastic bars and restaurants and good local supermarket also within walking distance. High recommendable. |
