This new, modern and tastefully furnished villa is located just outside the centre of Vilamoura with its marina, shops, bars and restaurants.
There is a small supermarket and restaurant within 500 metres and the drive into Vilamoura and the beach is a couple of minutes.
The property is fully enclosed and the garden not easily overlooked so very private and safe for families and groups. There are two terraces leading off the lounge and the kitchen at the back of the villa with steps down to the private pool with a large garden beyond.
The front of the property is on a quiet residential street with off street parking and a garage.

How to get there
Fly to Faro. Vilamoura is a 30 minute journey from the airport. Cheap flights are available from all major budget airlines from all over the UK and Ireland. Car hire very easy to arrange from all different providers. Local taxis are available for transfer from the airport. Fare around 30 -40 euros depending on time of year. Transfers can be arranged.

Further details indoors: There are 3 bedrooms in total with the master bedroom and en suite bathroom with corner jacuzzi bath on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor is a guest toilet, lounge and dining room and fully fitted, modern kitchen.
The lounge has satellite TV and a DVD player with a log fire for the autumn and winter nights!
On the first floor are two further bedrooms which share a bathroom between them.
There is a utility area in the basement with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Further details outdoors: The rear terraces and pool and garden area are south facing with the sun on these areas throughout the day. though shade is available when required. The front of the house has a terrace off the bedrooms on the first floor which provides a shady place to read.

A redundable breakage deposit is required, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
